“Good price but took over 3 weeks for delivery. When I questioned "where my stuff"? I was accused of not reading the website, had to send a screen shot of the date on the website. No apology just it was fault with website information. Poor as was present for a birthday.”

“Just ordered Crash Bandicoot for the Switch. I was disappointed to find that the price increased by 2 pounds during my checkout. I feel like this is something that should be if changed not in the middle of the afternoon when customers are purchasing. I mentioned it on the chat- no one offered to give me discount. Only 2 pounds but it's the principle of the matter that "during checkout" 365 games should not be allowed to change the prices and I am pretty sure it's illegal to falsely advertise prices when you have your product in the basket... Anyway game purchased regardless.”
