“I paid a pound for next day delivery other company's can do this no problem I'm still waiting for the refund item took best part of a week”

“Pre-ordered The Outer Worlds at the start of the week, only got an email giving me delivery information yesterday which mentioned it would take 2-3 working days. Annoyingly, it didn't arrive today and so my evening that I had planned to spend just relaxing playing video games is now not as I was hoping it would be given my excited for this game. Price was good, but better communication needs to be present if a game won't be delivered in time for launch date.”

“While the game prices are excellent, the delivery is relatively fast considering that I order outside of UK, but the shipping costs annoy me to wits end. You charge shipping for EVERY SINGLE ITEM, meaning that if you order 3 games, you pay 15 BLOODY EUROS just for shipping. As if you cant send it as ONE package and save the customer on shipping costs. This fact alone forces me to buy most of my games elsewhere, because the shipping costs usually amount for the sum that I would be saving with your special offers.”
