“A bit of an issue with the photo , and I would have liked to been notified earlier that it wasn't correct , but overall great service , very efficient and nice people .”

“The people at 5 star China Holidays were very helpful. You have to get quite a lot of information and documents ready in order to apply for the visa to China, and the staff were always willing to tell us what we were missing and how to get it.”

“I have used 5 Star Travel for Chinese visas for a long time and found them generally well-informed, helpful and efficient. On this occasion the same was largely true, but at the start I was not told about a recent change (letters of invitation for Chinese citizens to be in Chinese). This was soon rectified, and the service was a good as ever.”

“Initially applied for a group visa as part of a school group but wasn't able to be part of it for some reason. Had to apply for a individual visa separately. Five Star sent lots of emails with information and Jenny helped a lot with explaining what was needing to be done. Received the visa a week before we left so a bit of stress but glad to have had it back. Also received a two year visa rather than a one year which was a bonus.”
