“To be honest. For the cost of service the bikes are not In the condition I was expecting. Breaks are not adjusted well on one of the bike. It was done quickly but for $500 I can probably do it by myself taking Day of work and use internet guide. Sorry. Will not come back.”
“Hey All so far out of the last million times I've been insude any 99 bikes store. All I know is that they are the best bike store in the world. I have been to a lot off bike stores before and have never had as much good service as from this company. Overall love those staff absolutely amazing!”
“99 Bikes send you push notifications and demand I write a review.. so they get a 1 out of 10.
The headphones I bought are good and work.. I would recommend conductive phones.”
“These were a 2nd attempt at getting anything to fit my bike. Didn't fit 2nd time I've wasted my pension at this store. As for approachable , please employ Women" and or older males who
Can think".”
“I rode 43 K in strong headwinds finishing with a 2.5 K steep hill, 20% battery left. Mid-drive is great, but I had a sore bum after that so recommend a better seat. Great bike, got stolen, recommend heavy-duty security. Great bike, great service.”
