“99Bikes still use Australia Post for deliveries. As many of you know, Aust Post rarely deliver a package so therefore I had to go to the post office to pick the part up. It cost me $10 to do something I could have picked up from the store for free. 99Bikes - please use another courier for your deliveries.”

“I placed an online order intending it to be for a cycle computer and cadence sensor, and after I authorised the payment I realised I'd accidentally ordered 2 computers. The next morning this was sorted in a quick and very friendly manner by their 99 Bikes' phone help line (who refunded the cost of the extra computer) - however I liked that the Kedron store had already SMS messaged me to check if I'd ordered 2 computers by mistake - that they had 1 computer and the sensor which were ready to pick up, but it would take just a few days if I needed them to get another computer into their store.”
