“I was looking for a specific item on line and was very happy to discover that it was stocked at 99 Bikes in Capalaba. I ordered and paid online for click and collect. In less than an hour I had confirmation email that my purchase was ready to collect. I headed down to pick it up and Zac was very friendly and efficient.I would definitely but from this store again.”

“Item lost in transit. Poor service from Australia Post, but 99 bikes sorted things at there end very quickly and expressed posted a replacement immediately. Can't fault that service.”
