I cannot believe that I have been buying from this company for about 40 years vary rarely an oder arrives intact or correct. They send free gifts that are absolute rubbish and don't work or are shoddy and fail almost immediately. Also advertise you can win big money, tvs, and All manner of electronic goods, none of which ever appear, I don't think they even know what they are. A waste of time trying for replacements they just don't arrive. Have spent too many pounds and time on a company which should have been shut down a long time ago.

Same experience as all other reviewers. Dead plants delivered 3 weeks late, no response to emails, no refund. Do not touch them!

not recommend! Waste time and money. Delivered damaged plants no replacement no refund. Do not buy from this company!!!!! Consumer service is just ridiculous!!!

I ordered a few roses from this company and one was broken And by the looks of it has been broken for a while so its likely they new about it and sent it anyway. Ive emailed so many times asking for a refund but they are not getting back to me. Don't use this company.

I would give this company a minus star if possible.Ordered plants by post (cheque dated 30th may).After several e mails they finally told me towards the end of june that my order had been cancelled on 9th june but had not informed me of this straight away.To add insult to injury they actually took my money from my bank the amount appeared on my bank statement as coming out of my account on 26th june 17 days after my order was cancelled.They want me to give bank details to refund my money but am reluctant due to them being incompetent , i have requested a cheque but they are reluctant to do this saying they are a foreign company but they have an address in this country.WILL REFER THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS IF NO JOY IN THE NEXT WEEK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROGUES.

Brought a rose which was damaged in transit. Bakker responded once from my enquiry to get another sent out and have ignored all other communication to try and get it sorted. Probably avoid this company!

AVOID. This company are scammers. Took money for plants they couldn’t provide after 2 months wait won’t refund money . Just have excuses.

terrible company, sent weed puller out with chewing gum on the handle. Very difficult to contact customer service, probably because they are inundated with complaints! They promised to refund postage on returns then ive had to fight to get my money back. It's taken up so much of my time.

As a first time customer all I can honestly say is DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered a plant pot from the website after being given the recommendation by a friend...the order arrived damaged after waiting for weeks. I got in touch with the customer service team...this also seems to take a while, they then arranged another delivery...this too arrived broken! I recently received my third replacement...broken! Three broken orders in total now, no explanation as to why this has happened. I have now been informed that they are not prepared to send me any more replacements despite me wanting one. Terrible first impression and very concerning levels of damaged orders.

Unsurpassed mediocrity, at best, qualifies their "customer service"(of course, unreachable via phone)! My first order was missing one item; I asked them to send it to me but they insisted in refunding the item pretending there were no more left, despite me telling them that their own site was showing differently. I went ahead immediately and ordered the missing basket which is now on the way. I wrote back to customer service asking them to refund me the postage that I had to pay for the item since I was supposed to have received it in the initial order. They refused without giving me any reason for their refusal while apologizing for the issue with my prior order. All talk and no (relevant) action! I had to pay for their lack of professionalism and basic customer service while they were giving me false and misleading information when the only thing they had to do was to look on their own website. Will avoid for peace of mind!

A waste of time. Do not use this company. Selling items they do not have in stock. And fobbing you off for weeks and weeks. Useless don’t deserve any stars.

No point in writing a review on TRUST PILOT ! I have written a poor review on here for Bakker and it never made it onto the review list ! This is not the first time that I have had this problem with TRUST PILOT either ! Anyone else had this problem with them ? Whats the bet this message doesnt make it either ?

Ordered two plants from this company, NEVER AGAIN !! They both arrived dead , compost fell out all over the floor when opened , no clue as to which way up the box should be opened or "Handle with care , live plant", stickers on the box to give the postal services a clue as to what was in the box. However I seem to have been luckier than most on here as I at least received a partial refund , including postal charges the plants cost me a little over £36.00. I received a refund of £29.00. Shocking service ! Dead or substandard goods ! I highly recommend that you AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMMPANY ! I just wish that I'd taken the time to read the reviews prior to purchase .

Ordered 4 plants, 2 arrived dead, one arrived nearly dead and in a broken pot, the 4th was the wrong plant. No response from this company following a number of emails. Do not waste your money. I wish I read the reviews before buying.

This company should not be trading. Please do not waist your money. Late Delivery, Dead product, only sent email to say delivery would be late /customer service did not resolve my problem no reply! Can not pay by Paypal.

Absolute discgraceful company. Twice I’ve ordered plant pots and twice they’ve arrived smashed to pieces.
