Ordered a substantial amount of plants for a garden revamp but experienced numerous issues. Firstly, the order was delivered very late with no communications as to why upon asking; then when the plants arrived they were all squashed and their uprights broken, and then upon closer inspection they were all dead as well. Thoroughly unimpressed, would not recommend at all.

Ordered a planter, taken my money and never received it. Just thieves, do not shop here. I hope Visa can help me to get some money back. I think Bakker does not exist any more???

I spent over a 100 on plants and what I got was poor, supermarket plants from aldi, Morrisons are much more mature and healthy. 1 arrived completely dead so clearly there is no quality checking going on. I emailed them 8 days ago with photos showing them the plant on arrival and have sent a chaser since. No reply at all from them. I fear this company is going out of business and is just taking peoples money off them before they go,either way the reviews over the last month on here and trust pilot suggust they are not going to get many orders going forward

Ordered 3 plants, 2 plant pots and 10kg of soil. Little did I know about what I was going to get: - First they sent me an email stating my order had changed and they'd no longer delivered the pots. When I asked them if I could replace them with the same model and another color, they said no. Why are you even selling something online which is out of stock?? - After a few weeks, the plants + soil arrived. A huge box with no 'This way up' meant that the soil was put OVER the plants, resulting in them being totaly crushed. Only 1 of them looks passable, the other is mostly dry and will probably die soon, and the third had all the leaves falling off as soon as I unwrapped it. Only a tiny sprout made it in that one, but I'm not sure it'll survive either. Of course when I contacted customer support about this problem they went totally mute, unlike with the cancellation. Don't even bother with these guys!

Delivered order 15th May, 1 plant missing. Have contacted via email 3 times - no response. All I read is that they are very busy due to COVID 19. Ok but why no answer to my emails when they were quick enough to take my money? I cannot find a phone no for them anywhere. Very frustrating indeed! Not good enough - I want my plant or a refund ASAP now.

I ordered an Orchid houseplant in ornate glass pot. The plant was tiny and pot smashed upon delivery. Emailed customer services 3 times and no reply. Will not use again, they clearly couldn’t care less.

Ordered almost two weeks ago and heard nothing since. Have ignored all the emails that I have sent. Absolutely awful. Will never deal with these again.

It’s was a first time experience for me with Bakker and the last. I ordered two plant pots and the delivery was £4.99 which was fine. I was then notified that the more expensive plant pot was out of stock so naturally I wanted to cancel the remaining pot as it was only £4 and I did not want to pay £4.99 for that delivery. They ignored my email and sent it out any way. Then two days later responded to say they can not cancel the order. They said I should ignore the delivery but they still would have charged £4.99 delivery fee. I think people should be careful of this happening to them as it is like a forced sale that you have no power to stop because they conveniently ignore emails. I’ve never experienced this before and its sad to think that because some companies are experiencing high sales it makes them lose their sense of customer service and take advantage of people. It’s strange and sad that they would rather make a short term £5 than gain a long term customer.

This company is absolutely dreadful! No communication as to why your delivery is taking weeks, no response to emails, no phone number to call them on. When my plants arrived, they looked dead. 2 out of 4 actually we’re and I’ve thrown them out after a month of trying to salvage them. When I reached out again, no reply. Replied to an Instagram post to be told that someone would look into this for me, of course nothing. Please don’t waste your money. They might be slightly cheaper than ordering from a UK company but you honestly get what you pay for. This company is disgraceful!

Was highly recommended to use this site and sorely regret it. Plants arrived almost dead, packaging was a shambles and plants missing. Had to contact twice over missing plants and over a week later I am still waiting on a solution. I would not recommend this company to anyone it’s a disgrace

But the state of my plants was awful. Clearly sick and thirsty, with a browny colour on the leaves. My strawberry even started rotting. I don't know how long they spend in their box, or if they were already like that before the delivery, but it's a shame ! It was my first and last time ordering here, I won't be fooled again

I Ordered 12 different plants in March. 1 plant is arrived after 4 weeks. The email delivery confirmation says your order contained 2 boxes by DPD. There is only 1 box of the consignment arrived. However the order on the website says delivered and completed. Where are the plants? No replies to my emails. It does look like a scam. No telephone number is provided.

No way of contacting this company phone not available wrote several emails no reply plants have been delivered in disgusting state box not labelled this was up plants out of pots no soil left in them all in bin no good no way of contacting them for refund

I ordered my strawberry plants in March.They took my money on March31st nothing since.I have E-mailed they numerous times no reply.Cannot get through on phone has any body got a number I get through on.I am truly thinking I am never going to get my money back.Terrible company what a joke

This company is a scam. Avoid at all cost. ordered plants weeks ago and no delivery in sight. Customer service is non-existent.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this company! Almost all reviews on most of the review sites speak volumes, Stay away from this company. Over £100 spent on plants and there terrible quality, almost all came with broken stems and no leaves or flowers on.

TRULY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE ORGANISATION - I ORDERED TWO PLANTS FIRST TIME AND ONE ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED BRANCHES/LEAVES :( I COMPLAINED VIA EMAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL TWICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I THEN ORDERED POTS FROM THEM (NOT SURE WHY). THE DELIVERY TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. ON ARRIVAL ONE PLANT POT WAS SMASHED IN PIECES :( THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM BY PHONE?! AND HAVE EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL AGAIN FOR A REFUND. RUBBISH COMPANY THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT RESPOND BACK TO YOU.
