Poor service poor communications. Ordered plants, after almost 3 weeks waiting, I have to chase my order, they said still in transit!!!, after contacted DPD delivery, they confirmed nothing received from Bakker. I was very angry and frustrated. I requested a refund they said they will do, hopefully that would be it. As a caring plants enthusiast, I feel very disappointed, and I will never use their service again.

Undelivered items, no response from Bakker. Refund requested, no response. Not an honourable company.

Took full payment, plants did not arrive on time, then sent 2 emails identifying various parts of the order that they could not deliver on. i.e. they are selling product they do not have. Then no reply from customer service.

Gave false information re prizes etc often plants died even when set correctly They are misleading customers trading standards should deal with this. Customers should get compensation for being told false information

Just placed an order online. Five minutes later I received an email saying that the items are sold out and they will return my money within 10 working days. Shocking! They take my money before checking they have the items. Very poor experiece, wouldn't recommend.

Ordered about £100 quid worth of plants from Bakker.cz - No idea where order is. Customer support unresponsive. Waste of time

Terrible experience with them: - made a big order, delivery delayed by 1 week - multiple items were then marked out of stock and not included in the order - I tried to cancel before the parcel had shipped but they would not let me - customer service took over three days to get back to me - I was unable to refuse the delivery because the driver had already market it delivered before I came to the door - I tried to return it, but was told that I would need to pay for it - 2 of the tree plants are in terrible condition * short answer, don’t order from here! Try bloomling instead, they are a good company and I had a very positive experience with them

after a previous review of bad service ,i thought i would update.I asked bakker to take me off their mailing list weeks ago, which they said they would.I AM STILL GETTING BROCHURES FROM THEM.Do they actually know what they are doing, does one department not connect to others.I write RETURN TO SENDER on envelope & cross out my name & address.

I have received the second half of my order today, (after trying to contact you twice about chasing this with no response). However, I am so disappointed with what I have received from you. Firstly, one of the jars that you sent was broken in the packaging. As I unpackaged the item, I cut my finger on the broken jar which caused excessive bleeding. Secondly, one of the plants (alocasia cucullata) has 4 yellowing leaves which i am unhappy about. Lastly, the other two plants I received (strelitzia nicolai and banana plant) were in an absolutely appalling condition. Many leaves of each plant were either torn, snapped or damaged in some way. To think that these two plants alone cost me almost £80 and to receive them the way I did was hugely disappointing. Please see the many images attached to see clarify these issues.

Website easy to use and find info on plants and bulbs. Order and check out simple and easy. Im delighted with my plants which were great value and came in excellent condition along with pots and bulbs. Packed with recyclable materials and protected the plants. Theyve had a good drink snd look great!

I cannot believe that I have been buying from this company for about 40 years vary rarely an oder arrives intact or correct. They send free gifts that are absolute rubbish and don't work or are shoddy and fail almost immediately. Also advertise you can win big money, tvs, and All manner of electronic goods, none of which ever appear, I don't think they even know what they are. A waste of time trying for replacements they just don't arrive. Have spent too many pounds and time on a company which should have been shut down a long time ago.

Same experience as all other reviewers. Dead plants delivered 3 weeks late, no response to emails, no refund. Do not touch them!

not recommend! Waste time and money. Delivered damaged plants no replacement no refund. Do not buy from this company!!!!! Consumer service is just ridiculous!!!

I ordered a few roses from this company and one was broken And by the looks of it has been broken for a while so its likely they new about it and sent it anyway. Ive emailed so many times asking for a refund but they are not getting back to me. Don't use this company.

I would give this company a minus star if possible.Ordered plants by post (cheque dated 30th may).After several e mails they finally told me towards the end of june that my order had been cancelled on 9th june but had not informed me of this straight away.To add insult to injury they actually took my money from my bank the amount appeared on my bank statement as coming out of my account on 26th june 17 days after my order was cancelled.They want me to give bank details to refund my money but am reluctant due to them being incompetent , i have requested a cheque but they are reluctant to do this saying they are a foreign company but they have an address in this country.WILL REFER THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS IF NO JOY IN THE NEXT WEEK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROGUES.

I am writing to let people know you don't get what you order I orderd 3 white standard rose tree's and got yellow and pink. Come on Baker do your job right not happy at all as I have a white garden I cant keep them they will have to come out

Brought a rose which was damaged in transit. Bakker responded once from my enquiry to get another sent out and have ignored all other communication to try and get it sorted. Probably avoid this company!

AVOID. This company are scammers. Took money for plants they couldn’t provide after 2 months wait won’t refund money . Just have excuses.

terrible company, sent weed puller out with chewing gum on the handle. Very difficult to contact customer service, probably because they are inundated with complaints! They promised to refund postage on returns then ive had to fight to get my money back. It's taken up so much of my time.
