What can i say?!!!! £17.90 5 butterfly perennial mix... are you frickin kidding me?! Over 4 weeks for delivery.... I honestly have no words other than AVOID and support local garden centres or ebay sellers... Never ever received plants(well compost mush) from an online seller before, Absolutely shocking😕

Leaving a rotten review for the rotten plants they sent me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PLANTS FROM THEM. Try emailing them all you want but you will not receive any reply to your complaints.

Some plants arrived completely destroyed and some nearly dead. I regret not looking at any reviews before buying from them! I took pictures and sent them to the customer service email several time, asking for a refund or a replacement but of course they never answered. In addition to that some plants where way too shorter and in smaller vases than what was described on the website. Will never buy again.

Terrible quality. All plants arrived damage or rotting. Deliver took ages and the box was damage when it arrived. Don't buy from this company. I spent £100 and will get £10worth of plant if I'm lucky and can salvage them.

first plant arrived half destroyed. After 2 weeks they sent me a replacement. They sent the replacement to a random town where I have never lived, to a random person. I think they should close down. Incompetent as a service.

My plant pot arrived destroyed today, the packaging was abysmal - Nobody gets back to me from Customer Services and the packaging department are a joke. I so wish I'd looker here or on Facebook before placing my order. All my money gone! Expect to hear from me via the Small Claims Court. Abysmal!

My experience couldn't be more different than some other customers' experiences. I first ordered a houseplant in February this year from Bakker. It arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. The plant was in excellent condition and is growing well. I therefore did not hesitate to buy more houseplants from Bakker. I did this last week. The order was sent out quickly, in 2 or 3 days , which during this health crisis I thought was very quick. I grew a bit concerned because it was sent out on Friday and I did not receive it until today, Wednesday. However, the plants were really well packaged, the soil was moist, and they did not look at all as if they had been in transit for for up to 6 days. The plants arrived with details on how to look after them and they are all looking very good. Bakker plants are very competitively priced, certainly cheaper than my local garden centre, and look better cared for. From my experience of 2 purchases, I would not hesitate to recommend Bakker.

Recently ordered Lady Di bean seeds as shown on their Web site. Received an order ref number and waited .After not hearing anything further from them for several weeks queried the order giving the order ref .Their reply was that they DO NOT sell Lady Di beans and the order ref was not theirs ,I then sent them a copy of their website clearly showing the beans on offer, their reply was that it was not their company ?? But offered no suggestion as to who else is using the Bakker.com brand . I concluded that I had been scammed somehow and cancelled my debit card . Despite much toing and froing ! with Bakker I am going round in circles and have given with this totally bizarre situation . To cap it all it is still today 10th May 2020 advertising Lady Di beans .I despair !.

Still waiting for my refund. Bakker.com wasn‘t able to deliver my complete order, for a long time they told me it will be delivered later, it never came, wrote 20 emails and got just few answers, at the end they confirmed a refund but now i‘m still waiting for the money for 3 Month

Horrible experience! Avoid this company..More than a month delayed delivery .Tried to cancel my order and asked for refund.Finally got my delivery .. packaging was really bad... Hydrangea all dead!....Ignoring all my mails.. Bakkers shouldn't do plant business if you cannot provide love and care for plants .Sending me dead plants is unexpectable.Will contact my bank as if this total scam!

AVOID this company!!! I made my order on 12 th May worth £295 which was suppose to be delivered on with 5 to 12 days .It was delayed almost a month .Was told i will recieve my order only on 30 June. Several emails were sent requesting for the order to be cancelled ,was ignored.Later received email from customer service stating that the order has been already invoiced and cannot manually cancel the order .But the issue has been forwarded to the logistic team.The same evening my order has been dispatched,instead of being cancelled. Again email saying I m not accepting the order ,as i have requested so many times before for cancellation.I was then asked to reject my order when DPD guys comes for delivery in person. I took off from my work and waited for the delivery on 5 th June.DPD delivery came and i went outside to reject the delivery .The DPD delivery guy didnt accept it .He said i cannot just reject the parcel.And stated unloading it in the pathway. He said sender needs to make and arrangement .I was stuck with the unwanted delivery .Emailed twice since then to Bakkers.No respond.I decided to accept the delivery ,coz plants were inside the box and if the bakkers ignored me for weeks like before then those plants are going to die. OK,first deceived me by stating that the delivery will be within 5-12 days.Took money but no signs of my order and delivery date but they kept sending the promotion emails.Later received email stating my delivery will be on on 30 th june. Emailed several times to cancel the order and asked for refund. It was unethical for them to take money for the goods they failed to deliver.Then received email ,my order has been dispatched.Opened the box today only as Bakkers ignored my emails to take back there delivery.To my horror,they send me DEAD AND DISEASED PLANTS,3 PLANTS WERE MISSING BUT CHARGED,4 product were out of stock which they fail to inform me and havent refunded,only 2 plants were in ok condition. Horrible experience!!..Its a total scam. Going to call my bank for chargeback !

Avoid these crooks, they will take your money and never deliver your items. Customer service, haha!, really, it is non existent. Support your local nursery instead and avoid these crooks

Very honest review...they are horrible company with horrible services!! they mentioned on there website 4-9 days delivery time trust me i am still waiting and it is now two months.... whenever i asked where is my order they come with new delivery date..so i asked to cancel my order and give my miney back what they said your order is soo far that they cant cancel it... biggest fraud company!! i am soooo angry that i really wanna punch them...never ever agin...horrible experience i have ever had!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠

Ordered a substantial amount of plants for a garden revamp but experienced numerous issues. Firstly, the order was delivered very late with no communications as to why upon asking; then when the plants arrived they were all squashed and their uprights broken, and then upon closer inspection they were all dead as well. Thoroughly unimpressed, would not recommend at all.

Ordered a planter, taken my money and never received it. Just thieves, do not shop here. I hope Visa can help me to get some money back. I think Bakker does not exist any more???

I spent over a 100 on plants and what I got was poor, supermarket plants from aldi, Morrisons are much more mature and healthy. 1 arrived completely dead so clearly there is no quality checking going on. I emailed them 8 days ago with photos showing them the plant on arrival and have sent a chaser since. No reply at all from them. I fear this company is going out of business and is just taking peoples money off them before they go,either way the reviews over the last month on here and trust pilot suggust they are not going to get many orders going forward

Ordered 3 plants, 2 plant pots and 10kg of soil. Little did I know about what I was going to get: - First they sent me an email stating my order had changed and they'd no longer delivered the pots. When I asked them if I could replace them with the same model and another color, they said no. Why are you even selling something online which is out of stock?? - After a few weeks, the plants + soil arrived. A huge box with no 'This way up' meant that the soil was put OVER the plants, resulting in them being totaly crushed. Only 1 of them looks passable, the other is mostly dry and will probably die soon, and the third had all the leaves falling off as soon as I unwrapped it. Only a tiny sprout made it in that one, but I'm not sure it'll survive either. Of course when I contacted customer support about this problem they went totally mute, unlike with the cancellation. Don't even bother with these guys!

Delivered order 15th May, 1 plant missing. Have contacted via email 3 times - no response. All I read is that they are very busy due to COVID 19. Ok but why no answer to my emails when they were quick enough to take my money? I cannot find a phone no for them anywhere. Very frustrating indeed! Not good enough - I want my plant or a refund ASAP now.

I ordered an Orchid houseplant in ornate glass pot. The plant was tiny and pot smashed upon delivery. Emailed customer services 3 times and no reply. Will not use again, they clearly couldn’t care less.
