“It’s was a first time experience for me with Bakker and the last. I ordered two plant pots and the delivery was £4.99 which was fine. I was then notified that the more expensive plant pot was out of stock so naturally I wanted to cancel the remaining pot as it was only £4 and I did not want to pay £4.99 for that delivery. They ignored my email and sent it out any way. Then two days later responded to say they can not cancel the order. They said I should ignore the delivery but they still would have charged £4.99 delivery fee. I think people should be careful of this happening to them as it is like a forced sale that you have no power to stop because they conveniently ignore emails. I’ve never experienced this before and its sad to think that because some companies are experiencing high sales it makes them lose their sense of customer service and take advantage of people. It’s strange and sad that they would rather make a short term £5 than gain a long term customer.”

“This company is absolutely dreadful! No communication as to why your delivery is taking weeks, no response to emails, no phone number to call them on. When my plants arrived, they looked dead. 2 out of 4 actually we’re and I’ve thrown them out after a month of trying to salvage them. When I reached out again, no reply. Replied to an Instagram post to be told that someone would look into this for me, of course nothing. Please don’t waste your money. They might be slightly cheaper than ordering from a UK company but you honestly get what you pay for. This company is disgraceful!”

“I Ordered 12 different plants in March. 1 plant is arrived after 4 weeks. The email delivery confirmation says your order contained 2 boxes by DPD. There is only 1 box of the consignment arrived. However the order on the website says delivered and completed. Where are the plants? No replies to my emails. It does look like a scam. No telephone number is provided.”

TERRIBLE ORGANISATION - I ORDERED TWO PLANTS FIRST TIME AND ONE ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED BRANCHES/LEAVES :( I COMPLAINED VIA EMAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL TWICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
I THEN ORDERED POTS FROM THEM (NOT SURE WHY). THE DELIVERY TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. ON ARRIVAL ONE PLANT POT WAS SMASHED IN PIECES :(
THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM BY PHONE?! AND HAVE EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL AGAIN FOR A REFUND.

“Don't bother. Plant advertised was not even close to what I received. Smaller, halftime the volume and a little sad. See images the difference is clear. I don't like being deceived and this is clearly the case. Plant is only fit to compost. Now begins the slow conversation to get a refund.”
“Very disappointing and dishonest company. I ordered four large expensive indoor flower pots from Bakker.com. The pots are advertised as indoor pots with a special water reservoir inside the pot so that the plants do not drown and the pots can be placed anywhere in the home as there is no water leakage. Bakker.com advise that if the pots are to be used outside then four holes must be drilled through the base of the pots to let the water run out. My pots arrived from Denmark and all of them already had four holes drilled through the base. This means that they are useless for use indoors. Bakker.com refuse to pay for the return fee to Denmark even though they sent me faulty goods. I will never use this company again.”
