Produit absolument terrible. J'ai commandé de 40 à 60 cm, j'ai reçu 20 cm au-dessus de la racine pour 70% de la commande. Très mauvaise valeur et aucun remboursement ou remplacement.

Don't bother. Plant advertised was not even close to what I received. Smaller, halftime the volume and a little sad. See images the difference is clear. I don't like being deceived and this is clearly the case. Plant is only fit to compost. Now begins the slow conversation to get a refund.

Very disappointing and dishonest company. I ordered four large expensive indoor flower pots from Bakker.com. The pots are advertised as indoor pots with a special water reservoir inside the pot so that the plants do not drown and the pots can be placed anywhere in the home as there is no water leakage. Bakker.com advise that if the pots are to be used outside then four holes must be drilled through the base of the pots to let the water run out. My pots arrived from Denmark and all of them already had four holes drilled through the base. This means that they are useless for use indoors. Bakker.com refuse to pay for the return fee to Denmark even though they sent me faulty goods. I will never use this company again.

Dont! Stay away from this company. Pot arrived smashed due to bad packaging. Have phoned and emailed numerous times chasing a refund which was agreed to over the phone. One month later still waiting .

This firm is mis selling plants. The plant I ordered was supposed to be 40-50cm tall. When it arrived it was barely 30cm. I contacted them to be told height includes pot! This was not stated on the advert on the web page for my plant. Customer service is rubbish and they are replying to my emails but failing to address the issue. Will never use this company again

Absolutely unreliable! I wanted to buy flowers to my house, I saw a picture on their website of big beautiful pink hydrangeas and I bought a pair of those. When the order was delivered there were no flowers! They have delivered two plants with leaves only and when I contacted the customer service I was told to water and wait for the flowers to grow! I have exchanged a number of e-mails with Customer Service and they have refused to refund my order with delivery charges. In short, they advertise a beautiful product, I bought and paid to get it delivered, they send me a different product than the one advertised, then I had to pay to return the product or keep it! I didn’t change my mind, I didn’t make a mistake but I have to pay for their mistake!!! If I see a beautiful cake online and buy it, then I get a package at home with flour and eggs and the seller tells me to add milk and wait for it to grow it would not be fair as it is not the product I have bought, this is the exact same case! They refuse to acknowledge their unfair trading and do not value customer relationship. Dishonest and unreliable with their clientele I would never recommend or buy again.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Cowboy outfit. Sadly my beloved 15yr old K9 fur baby died Oct 2018. My daughter in law said why not buy a rose of her name (Doris) for her grave in the garden. What a great idea to remember my Doris. The rose is of the same name the same color as her fur (Yellow / orange). You can imagine my great distress when the rose bloomed this July 9mths later with bright pink col. I was mortified. I contacted Bakker and asked how this could have happened. They apologised but didn't answer my questions and said that this rose is only sent out in Oct, would I wait for another. I said yes but tell me how this happened and how can you guarantee I will get the correct rose that I ordered this time, as it will be almost 19mths before I know my order is for-filled. After many mails backwards and forwards they still can not answer my questions. I said for the terrible way I have been treated and their poor quality control, the least you should do is refund my money plus send the correct rose. They said they could not refund. A warning to anyone wanting to buy from this disorganised company that what you order may not be correct and you will not know till it blooms. Should your order have heart string attached to it such as my Doris, (it could be your mother or child or any member of your family). Don't risk the heartbreak when its not what you were expecting. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

After almost one month that I placed my order ( and I got it charged in my account) I have not received any e-mail confirming my order and I have not received my order. ONE MONTH when they promised max 12 working days. Now they do not know when they deliver my order and I can not have any refund til I do not reject my order but that won't happen til they do not ship it. I feel completely powerless. They are abusing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.
