In the second e-mail everything was sorted out. Could decide on a refund or new purchase, with no problem at all. It is adviseable to read the small print, as always.”
“I have had a very poor experience with Bootz.com. My goods were delivered quickly but their returns policy is a joke. I used their prepaid label to return high value items, waited 8 days and contacted them to find out why I had not heard anything. At first they said that had not received my parcel. When I sent proof of postage they found my parcel but apparently it then has to arrive in their Swedish warehouse which can take a further 10 days. Their website implies that most customers are refunded within 2-7 days. It does say that it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to arrive at their warehouse. It does not say that uk returns go to an intermediary warehouse before being shipped back to them so returns can take what it my case will be up to 20 days. They owe me over £200. This is a very poor service and not accurately reflected in their site. Do not use them.”
“Boozt has free returns but if you use it you might be banned for a year.
I've ordered from Boozt occasionally, but it's not easy to know exactly what size you might need when ordering clothes online, so I sometimes order two sizes and return the size that didn't fit, and now I have been banned. Trust me, I won't be making anymore purchases from Boozt when the ban has been removed!
I thought Boozt needed their customers but this poor customer service says otherwise.”
“Another bad e-store. Well, I have seen they have good discounts so I made my first order with them. However, none of the products fit my size so I returned everything. So I paid them delivery fees + returning fees which equals 120 SEK and it was for nothing. Therefore, I am not buying from them anymore it was my first and last time”

“I ordered one item named "Dumbbell Pair", the picture also contained two dumbbells. What I got was one Dumbbell and they refuse to send me the other one but instead demands that I send the single dumbbell I got back to them.
I think the right thing to do would be to either send me the second dumbbell or compensate me for the work of sending the dumbbell back”
“They are thieves. I return wrong item they send to me and they don't want to refund me, they said that "the item need more investigations before refund" this website is a joke!!!!! I don't remove the item of the box and I don't try it because the mistake is visible, wrong size of shoes (39 EU send for 42 EU buy). They make the mistake and it's like it's my fault! J'ai effectué une commande de 71€ contenant un tee-shirt et une paire de bottines. Hélas ils m'ont envoyé la mauvaise taille, du 39 au lieu de 42, et cette erreur était flagrante dès que j'ai vu les chaussures, donc retour immédiat sans sortir la deuxième chaussure du carton ni même avoir essayé quoi que ce soit.
Ils m'ont remboursé uniquement le tee-shirt estimant que la paire de chaussures méritait une étude approfondie avant remboursement ! Je n'ai jamais vu une chose pareille !
Cela fait 20 ans que je commande sur internet et cela ne m'est jamais arrivé ! Une honte !
Alors franchement allez acheter sur des sites internet sûrs comme Zalando et Sarenza vous prendrez moins de risques.”
