“ I have has very mixed service over the years but after my most recent experience I will not be using Brand Alley again. I placed an order on the 14th Oct and despite paying for next day delivery the order did not arrive until the 30th Oct. One item was missing from the order and never received. One item was unsuitable and returned. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund to be processed for both items. ”
