Charged me £7.50 for delivery and it arrived in the most awful packing. The dress was that badly screwed up In a ball, and just thrown in the creases will never come out. I can appreciate that it’s designer brands at low prices but there is no excuse at a postage cost of £7.50 to send an item in that way. I will never use again !! (I have pictures of anyone would like to see )

DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAMMERS SELLING PRODUCTS THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AND EARNING INTERST ON YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE AN AGE TO REFUND OR WONT AT ALL. CHEAP PRICES BUT NO STOCK ITS ALL A BIG SCAM

Be careful of buying brands without authenticity - I bought a Mulberry Bayswater bag from Mulberry a few years ago. I’ve come to sell it on the pre-loved authentic sites But it’s being rejected as it has none of the authenticity that mulberry items should have. I took this up directly with @robfeldman CEO and at first he was very hands on, picked up my bag promised me a refund. Then after 2-3 weeks he said that @mulberry had confirmed it was real. But would not provide evidence from Mulberry of this. When I contacted @mulberry head office they confirmed they would give no such validations. I’m reading more and more about possible fake item cases from this site. Having been a customer for years I’m shocked.

Worst ever customer services. They never reply and never contact you if you are experience problems with the order. No phone to call. They lways blame the supplier.

The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had period. Brought a couple of pairs of trainers online one of which was for my partners birthday. Paid for next day express delivery which I did to coincided with my day off from work. Order was made successfully and money deducted out of my account, including the express delivery fee. I sat in the next day constantly checking my email and looking out the window for a delivery vehicle. I got to 17:00 and no delivery so made a call to customer services. They returned my express delivery charge and said that my order wouldn’t be out as promised but said it would be out the following day. Yeah you guessed it. No despatch email yet again which means they haven’t sent the items again. After several calls to customer services which I was basically passed around and held on hold, I was told a manager would be calling me back within the hour. Yeah you guessed it again.....no call !!!!!! I just got sick of the whole entire experience and just cancelled my order. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had shopping online. Will never use again. Had to ask the woman from the company of it was a genuine company as I felt like it was some sort of scam company. She said they were a genuine company. My advice is to stick to the bigger retailers. Avoid this company like the plague. Will save you a lot of heartache & stress in the long run. If only they sent out what you buy as quickly as they send out their marketing emails !!!!!!! Something isn’t right somewhere. Reminds me of The Wolf Of Wall Street........a cutting edge technology company out of the mid west.......in reality it’s a very small company in someone’s garden shed. That’s very much the feel I got. Great online presence and that’s all. Blamed everyone and everything from COVID right through to Santa’s elves. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

I ordered fresh water pearls during the xmas sale. The first time I placed the order after waiting for long I was told it was out of stock. Then I reordered another one which took long to arrive then when it did. It was much smaller than anticipated with a cheap box. No certificate of authenticity or product guarantee. I don't even know if they are actually pearls Very disappointed in this website

Terrible customer services! I ordered a parcel for my wife. The wrong address was put on the parcel so it was returned to them by Royal Mail. When I contacted them they told me it had been delivered and refused to accept it had been returned to sender despite the proof of delivery picture showing the parcel on a desk in there warehouse. After emailing them multiple times the manager told me it would be sent back out. A few days later I heard nothing so I contacted them again but was told the warehouse had lost the parcel and it was the last one in stock so it couldn’t be sent back out. They promised a refund which has not been received. The jacket is now for sale again on there website for a higher price. Therefore, they lied to me and are now trying to sell it again for more money prior to sending a refund. Seems like a con to me!

I originally posted a review explaining that I was not happy that two jumpers, one claiming to be 100% cashmere and the other 100% Merino wool appeared to be made of synthetic yarn. They also appear to be made of the same synthetic yarn that does not have the breathability, appearance, feel of either of those natural yarns. After I hand washed the first, it was distorted and the quality spoiled - which has never happened with items made of either merino or cashmere that I have ever owned. They contacted me and, as I was satisfied they would resolve the matter, I said it was fine not to post my review as I was now satisfied they were acting in good faith. I explained my intolerability to unnatural fabrics and the devastating effect it can have on my well-being. I also asked what they wished to see in the photo they requested of the items - was it the labels, for example, or the overall items (which they surely have access to themselves)? I have received no reply and no resolution. I agree that the business does not appear to care about their customers, nor to care that they are selling on the basis of false claims - presumably made by third parties. I did receive some very nice bedding in the same order but I doubt it ever cost the wild claims made online. I will not use this site again.

I ordered a skirt and was sent a completely different item. I was told by Brand Alley that they would intercept the order, but that was not done. They then sait it would be collected, but no one came to collect. Rubbish customer service and the Managers are no better!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars 7 minutes ago Terrible customer service, 0 respect for their customers I have been costumer od Brandalley for over 14 years I made quite a lot of purchase though out the yeas I never complain about anything. I always been patient with delivery even though sometimes it takes longer than expected and sometime items come damage. However, this time my items has gone missing, it marked as delved, but I did not receive the item. I called Royal Mail they confirm that the item was scan as deliver in different address. I got in touch with Brandalley costumer service to my surprise I receive following email. “ I have investigated the tracking for this order and I can see this parcel is showing as having been delivered on the the 8th of March as you have also stated, In cases like this, it is our policy to request a handwritten sworn statement to confirm you have not received your item. Please hand write a statement, confirming which item is missing, including the order number, the date and your signature. Please may I ask you to then take a photo of this statement and attach this to a reply to this email” Upon receiving this email, I sent two emails to the customer service, and I receive zero response. After reading review on trust pilot, I realise that Brandalley don’t care about there customers once they your money you are on your own. Brandalley response to the negative revies are all the same. All I want is my money back, you sort out the saga Royal Mail. 1 looking at the tracking number is not investigation I have the same information. 2 Investigation is when you get in touch with Royal Mail, I find out what happen. 3 I don’t know if you notice but you are accusing me of liang. 4 This email you sent out looks like an intimidation to your customers. IFY Customers if your items gone missing on its way to you, because the carrier lost it or something else Brandalley will ask you to write a sworn statement confirming that, you are not a lair, deceiver, a cheat, a crook before they investigate the situation with party. And they don’t care about how stressful, and they care even less about their customers.

I have had the worst online shopping experience with brandalley. Please save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. One of the packages I ordered never reached me and when I complained to brandalley, they basically just told me the the courier delivered it to me and there’s nothing they can do about it. I never got a courier to my flat and obviously they could not give me any proof of delivery (no pictures, nothing). They refuse to give me a refund or resend the products. I can’t believe I lost so much money over this and I’m never ordering from here again.

I ordered an item on 6/12/21 which was confirmed as in stock. On checking my account confirmation the item has been dispatched on 11/12. On 14/12 I received an e mail saying the order was cancelled. On contacting the company requesting an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order, no explanation was forthcoming only that they would make a reimbursement minus an amount for my cancelling the order. I had to contact them again to point out I had not received the item nor had I cancelled the order. This item was for a Xmas present. I am now awaiting reimbursement. I will not be using this company again.

I have been a customer for many years. Many of the purchases are satisfactory. But then again I have received items that are damaged, items that are not in genuine packaging and box and so on. When asking for a refund for an item sent in a wrong size, they refunded me less than the priced I had paid. So yes in many ways not a reliable company. But there are some bargains to be found. Are they genuine or fake? Only God knows!

The worse company l have ever dealt with in my life .They delivered the incorrect colour sofa and foot stool 3 times !!!!!!! I have waited six months,and have given up ! The customer service is appalling ,they could not care less.We will never use them ever again,and l most certainly would not recommend .If l could give them a zero rating l would !

I had to remind them to dispatch the items, but once I received them, I was very happy. The Ted Baker coat is just amazing and it was half price. I am super happy.

We have purchased several items from brandalley now. We are happy with the prices and the variety of products. However, it’s taken us a while to cotton on to the fact that every item they send seems to be a “second” or a manufacturers reject. Everything we have received from them (clothing or home wear) has a very small defect. Sometimes not noticeable straight away but definitely there. I don’t think this is an issue for certain products like homeware items (I have 4 products for the home purchased from brand alley, all with a small fault that aren’t too noticeable and don’t affect use). However, please be very very careful when buying clothing or shoes. The small fault you may not notice straight away will mean the products do not last as long as you’d expect (my husband has had to throw away 3 x polo shirts which were only a few months old and I have had to chuck away some trainers). For some people this may not be an issue, however please remember that if a reputable company can sell genuine items a lot cheaper then other companies there must be a reason for this. We will probably still buy from brand alley for homeware items but NEVER again for clothing or footwear.

Order never arrived. Refund took four months of totally disgraceful customer service. I used to be a loyal client. They would be better off without the appalling customer services they answer calls and reply emails. Good lesson for me to never shop with this company again. Just amazed how do the make it to over 9k satisfied customers. perhaps that is a lie too.

Hi I have just read all these reviews and I am very surprised because I think this website is amazing! I have brought quite a lot of things and they have all been very good, you might sometimes have to wait for a product but they do let you know! I have recommended a lot of people to, great.
