I have been a satisfied customer with Damart for years, no problem with ordering, and money goes out of my account straight away, BUT, the returns system is rubbish, it takes 2 weeks to get the money back.

Was sent wrong jumpers and no returns label or invoice in parcel. Phoned up and was told he would send me returns label still waiting and I was shocked to find I was charged over £8 for my phone calls. Wasn't my fault the order was wrong. I shall not be ordering from Damart again.
