Do not waste your time and money as this company will provide no customer support. Just take your money online and then make it impossible to communicate. Worst experience ever, wrong colour shed delivered, the delivery person dropped on the front lawn and ignored instructions to know when delivering to allow to place in secure spot. They took over a month to respond to my message about the delivery.

What a disappointing product and experience. Firstly, no update on delivery. When I chased it up, I was told in a very short tone that 'it's not within the 10 days so there is no issue'. That's fine, however, generally when you receive a mailing code, you are updated...not with this product! The product got delivered 13 working days after ordered...so outside of the 10 days. The people who delivered were pretty much running away when I asked them if they can at least help me bring the shed into the house. It clearly said two people need to lift it, and two grown men had put it at my door. So, I'm handy. Very handy. I've renovated parts of my house, never hired a handyman. The title of 'Easyshed', and their blurb, indicates there are '5 step easy assembly', meaning that the general public should be able to put this shed up. Well, this is BS. It is worse than ikea furniture. At least ikea furniture is easy to put up, though their instructions aren't that clear. With this product, not only are the instructions unclear, it is a NIGHTMARE to put up. I spent THREE HOURS trying to put this shed up, and the pieces kept buckling. Seriously, how hard is it to pre-drill holes???!?! I ended up hiring a beautiful gentleman from airtasker. I thought it would be another hour from what I had done. He ended up spending FIVE EXTRA HOURS putting the shed together. He pre-drilled holes. He bought different screws. He put in extra screws as a strong blow from someone's breath would have blown it away. He went to bunnings. He laughed at the name 'Easyshed'. You think the discount on this shed is worthwhile, IT IS NOT!! You either pay with your blood (yep, blood ended up on the shed), tears, extra trips to bunnings, and A LOT OF unhappiness. To make it worse, when I rang to provide feedback, on a non public forum, I 'live chat' with someone, who never responded to me, and I rang with a guarantee that my call would be returned in 10 minutes....that was 7 hours ago. Shockingly, I'm not holding my breath. To call themselves an Australian company, when each call and live chat is clearly overseas is false advertising in my opinion. So, here is my review. Do not buy this product. Do not engage this company. Due not provide them your money, it is a waste. For the love of god, use anyone else. Facebook marketplace, bunnings, the local guy on the corner. None could be worse than this company.

Anything but easy to assemble this little aviary. Poor instructions, nothing pre-drilled. 10 hours to assemble (& I'm a licensed Motor Mechanic too). Definitely wouldn't buy again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a shed in October, it was never delivered. I requested a refund and they have refused to process it until they get the shed back even though they know I never received it. I have lodged a complaint with the department of Fair Trading and suggest anyone else who is having issues with this company do the same. The more people who lodge a complaint the better, this way something can be done to hopefully be done about them.

Customer service is awful. Hard to get responses and they keep lying to me about delivery times. I just want a refund and they won't acknowledge it.

You need to get your order ABSOLUTELY correct. Easyshed DO NOT pick up the phone, DO NOT return your phone messages, and they DO NOT return your emails. Customer service? What customer service! I wanted to make a change to my order within hours of placing my order. I made multiple phone calls & sent multiple emails all with no response or reply (I have all this documented). The order was delivered to a holding depot, without the changes - Wrong Shed Now, the holding depot is a partner of EasySheds, and even they could not contact Easy Sheds to discuss my order issue. I was between a rock & a hard place. Unable to returnincorrect goods for refund as they are impossible to contact. So I reluctantly had no choice but to take the wrong shed. The shed quality is fine, it's just the wrong shed. It felt like they purposfully do not respond - like "if I dont pick up the phone or respond to emails the problem will just go away"......... The way I felt I was treated through the entire process and the amount of time I spent trying to contact them was just appalling, and (if I could) would give the rating a "0 star". I have just noticed - it seems the owner can respond to their reviews but not phone calls or emails (interesting).

Certainly would NOT recommend this company. Easy to take your order and money, unfortunately a terrible automated customer service model when chasing up your order that is 2 weeks overdue. Over promise and under deliver seems to be their model. Still waiting for answers and a shed 🙏

I ordered a shed including delivery 25th November. I was advised of tracking numbers 9th December. By a week later the shed had not moved from "picked up". After multiple calls, messages and emails I was advised they would sort it out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading other negative reviews but that turned out to be a bad decision. They then admitted that they could not deliver the shed because the freight company didn't deliver to my address, and that I would instead have to organise my own way of getting the shed. Naturally, I insisted on either confirmation it would be delivered as invoiced or my payment would be refunded. They admitted in writing and by telephone on 17th December that they had made a mistake and they would refund my money. Come 30th December, no refund. After phoning them, I'm told I have to wait until a shed I've never seen is returned by their own distribution company before a refund can be processed. I am now taking legal action to recover the cost of the shed plus legal costs. They made a bad transaction so much worse. Ruined a XMAS present and have held my money that they took in an instant for 6 weeks. Do NOT deal with this company, for an Aussie company they claim to be they obviously missed the lesson on what a fair go is.

Ordered my shed in August and got most of it within a month. Sure there were some scratches but that was ok. However, my order was missing the 2 louvre windows I ordered. When I called, I was told there was a delay and I should receive them in October. I was also told I would receive an email update. That never came. So I called again, same conversation, but still no louvred windows or updates. Guess what I called again, and was told the same situation. Still waiting and no update. So right now, I’m still waiting on the phone for an update. Apparently, the team is waiting for a manager to get back to them. It would be great to speak to someone who could respond specifically to my order. Overall, product ok, but follow up and communication is abhorrent.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. I won’t go into detail about the amount of trouble I had with them as I’d be here all day. I will simply say, the customer service is non existent, once they have your money you are left hanging. Don’t expect your shed to arrive when they say and pray they e packed all the parts required for assembly. The quality of the shed is average and difficult to assemble (just look on Airtasker for the number of people asking for help to assemble their Easy Shed. If you are thinking of purchasing from them, DONT. Pay the extra money to another company. I wish I had.

I bought this from Easyshed website and engaged a builder to install it. Unfortunately, I engaged the builder after I had placed the order online. He warned me that in his experience, Easyshed will always forget some components. Lo and behold, they forgot a couple of critical components. It took them a fair bit of time and follow ups to organise replacements. They maintain little to no track record of previous issues, so every tme you call them, you have to go through the process of explaining the issue, urgency. This required the builder to come twice and he charged me extra monies to do so. Their delivery company is another piece of work. Agreed on a delivery date, I called a day in advance and they confirmed it is coming through. Next day, it does not show up - comes late. Once installed - it blew away in a few weeks. This was installed for a house that I had put on the market to sell. The buyer insisted that I get a like for like replacement. Left with no option, I ordered it again, and this time, the delivery company called me in advance to tell me - they had damaged the delivery. I was on phone again with Easyshed, who said, you must take delivery and fill out the form to tell us which components have been damaged and they will organise replacements. I provided photos, which I understood were also provided to them by the delivery company, still refuse to replace anything until I take delivery and confirm all issues at one go. I asked them to organise disposal of the damaged pieces, which they flatly refused. I stopped talking to them, as it was causing me so much agony and stress. All with the settlement date approaching. I paid monies through the builder to get replacements organised myself and dispose off the old damaged shed and replace alternate parts. They had a 100% rate of a horrid experiences with me. I strongly recommend - stay away from them. I spent close to $5,000 with them for two garages, both - gave me grief. I write this review to warn people to stay away. As an update - after posting the review I received a call from Easyshed. The caller attempted to understand the experience and offered $400 as compensation and suggested that I change my review. This I flatly refused. They tried to convince me that this not the experience that most people have with them. Regardless of what they feel about it, I bought two sheds from them and had poor experience both times. I am not even getting into the quality of their sheds and design, as I don't want to get into a technical issue on design - as I am not qualified enough for it. They also seemed to suggest it is not their policy to insist that customers shoulder the responsibility of disposal of damaged items. Policy or not, that is exactly what I was told. Frankly, the call just made me feel like an attempt to offer compensation because I wrote the review and they perhaps were willing to offer me compensation with a request that I amend my review (it was not a pre condition to compensation, but a suggestion of quid-pro-quo).

Buyer Beware. 1 month later still waiting for my shed your a joke with reviews it's not 5 star your kidding yourself. how many comments have you taken down yeah that's right you have something to HIDE. I supported this business as they claim they are Australian but you've taken my money and not given me my shed and it's been a month. Each time I contact im told its coming next week and next week comes and nothing then I contact again and they say next week. This has happened 3 times and I've waited the 48hours for dispatch and the 14 days they claim it takes in the website but STILL NO SHED. BUT YOUR HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY AND I BET THIS REVIEW WILL BE TAKEN DOWN LIKE YOU HAVE DONE BEOFRE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS

Absolute rubbish. Fancy sending a shed to an area of NSW that is above the snow line with only 1 roof truss. And when you try to purchase additional trusses you get told by some arrogrant germ"we dont make them anymore". Shed is being rebuilt on a timber frame and I will never purchase any of you products ever again.

Easy Shed have no problem ringing you on a Sunday or anytime to help facilitate a sale, but once the money is in their bank any further service does not exist, including the delivery of purchased shed. We had a delivery date and time, on that day, the outsourced transport company advised they had "lost" the shed. So first I have lost time from work and second had to cancel labourers hired to erect shed the following day ( yet to receive the bill for this ). We then have the outsourced transport telling us one thing, Easy shed another, then received another call from a secondary outsourced deliverer from the original out sourced deliverer saying they have the shed and we have to come and pick it up from a depot no where near us ( and we paid over $400 to Easy Shed for delivery ) and that they have not been paid enough for delivery and even if they did we have to supply a forklift to unload. Easy Shed have no idea what is going on, they appear to try and say whatever they think will get them off the phone quickest without having to take action. We have requested a refund and believe entirely reasonable in the circumstances, they are refusing, have advised there would be fees that we would have to pay if this occurred. We have already started our complaint for refund with Fair Trading.

Service, pretty good, price, yeah we were happy, as for the "5 EASY STEPS", well talk about misleading. Sure it need to be assembled but for those that haven;t put a dozen of these togethers, be prepared to set aside almost a day. The "5 Easy Steps" must be the 5 panels you need to put together, 4 x walls & the roof. Make no mistake, if you LOVE putting IKEA together, then this may be for you, but if you aren't that way inclined, be VERY CAREFUL about what you're getting yourself in for. End result, we got it up, and it's a good shed, but by NO MEANS is it 5 Easy Steps.

EasyShed, more like ReallyFreakingDifficult Shed. Our 3.75x1.9m skillion shed promised 4 hours installation. We are now entering our third day of this DIY nightmare 🤬. Nothing about this shed has been easy. Drilling together layers of sheeting is incredibly frustrating as the metal underneath just warps and bends. The instructions recommend using a perfectly sized piece of wood to help, but did they provide said piece of wood? No. We resorted to raiding our son's puzzle set for different sized blocks just to coax the screws into place. Just getting my head around the instructions and checking off all the parts took a good hour or two alone. None of the sheets were labeled, so I had to go through them all and measure them to identify them. Thankfully the channels and joiners were named, but a couple of them were illegible. The doors were really difficult to put together, a lot of force was required, and then they didn’t fit well. Putting together the panels required 1-2 people, but putting the walls and roof together needed 3-4 people at times (unless you conveniently have some long planks of wood lying around). We initially wanted to hire someone to assemble our shed, but found it incredibly frustrating that EasyShed couldn’t put us in touch with an installer in our area, probably because they’re smart enough to avoid this rage-inducing ordeal. Plus I’d hate to think what they would charge for so many hours of work! Our decision to try and save a few bucks by installing ourselves was futile, resulting in arguments, physical pain, swearing and calling in family favours to help out. I would not recommend installing an easy shed to anyone.

Can't leave no star! The worst shed I have ever seen. It's so tough to assemble. Instructions were completely vague! No sign, no marks. That is just terrible.

Avoid like the plague sheets were cut wrong size, its a real pain to try and get it straight. Its a lot of work to put together. A lot of wrestling and forcing parts together. Its a shame. I wish I never bought this shed. I took mine to the Tip I am that unhappy with it. It shouldn't have to be like this.
