“Bargains 2 for £10 would of paid £10 each for the cds I had in mind went In and was on offer happy days”

“Very competitive on price. Helpful and enthusiastic staff with a good knowledge of the stock and an interest in the customers' needs. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Frequently visit the store.”

“Was just a quick visit, was looking for a copy of The lost boys and was told about a Triogy box set which was only £10 what a bargain would have been £6 just for the lost boys on its own .”

“Service and staff are always pleasant, and the Liverpool One store has a huge selection in house. I would shop on line but the website is awful to use, the slowest I have ever encountered. Try to browse the 5 for £30 dvd selection and I have to allow a few hours or days, as it freezes showing 'Fault on the site'. I never have a problem with any other site I use, and have a 200mb line speed. this needs addressing.”

“I was in the Manchester Arndale store shopping for my mum's 80th birthday, a staff member named Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a purchase of a Bob Dylan music CD. “STAFF ARE THE RUDEST, MOST SARCASTIC PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET SPECIFICALLY A FEW OF THE BELFAST EMPLOYEES. I HAVE ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM AND ALL WITH THE SAME STAFF MEMBER WHO WAS LOVELY, BUT THE REST ARE TRASH”
