“I ordered a box of Lego for my grandson's birthday. Anyone who has done this knows how small and light they are. I paid extra for next day delivery, and it has arrived as promised, so no complaints with that. My issue is that it was sent in a massive box, with loads of plastic packaging around it, so much so that at first I couldn't even see what was in the bottom of the box! I am shocked, considering the urgent need for us to cut down on plastic. So for this reason alone, I will not be using them again.”
“Not a great experience, contacted them with query when my order hadn't arrived. It is a pain to contact them in the first place having to download a form to upload as well as emailing through their website- why can't you just email them like every other company? And although had a very quick response it was rather dismissive not actually very helpful. Would not use again if can get items elsewhere!”
“Long delivery waiting time. Ordered item before Christmas and still hasn’t arrived. All the other companies I have purchased items from delivered within a couple of days. I won’t be buying anything from Iwoot again.”
