Took a month to get a refund, not from them but had to eventually chase my card issuer for it as IWOOT used a false tracking number for the first item to win the Paypal dispute.”

Placed an order in November for Xmas presents but they said that my credit card was not being accepted so left it at that. Today (March 10th), get an email from them (do not reply email of course) saying that the goods are now being shipped and that my credit card has been charged!!!! Can't get hold of them in any way and the webchat is unavailable! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!”
“I placed an order in November last year as a Christmas gift. Despite delivery promises prior to Christmas, this was never honoured. To date (28 February) I still haven’t received the items, and have requested a refund several times. Each time they respond with promises to have it sorted out within 5 days, but this never materialises. Still waiting without a refund. Definitely 0 stars. Avoid these thugs. They are crooks who will definitely steal your money.”

They continually just ask for more information to kick the can down the street. “do not buy from this company. If you care about your money and if you want good customer service after buying, just do not buy from them. Products ordered do not arrive, customer service representatives who do not respond at all or who respond after hours in a laconic reply without any content and then disappear again. They closed the chat on the site at all and it does not work. If your money is important to you, buy elsewhere. one and a half month late and they are still investigating . a murder case can be resolved by now and they still dont even have an estimation ( Hi, we cannot give an exact time on this, we would have expected to have an update now, but this process is taking this long because of the courier company rather than us, but we are hoping to have some more information from them soon.) since the chat in their site is not working, i do belive that this site is a scam . “You won’t receive all the items you order, customer service near enough doesn’t reply - around every 4-5 days they respond. Eventually you will get some sort of sense out of them and then get offered a refund on Christmas Eve when the items ordered were Christmas gifts. Won’t ever shop there again.”
“Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Xmas which should of arrived on the 9th December. The contact number for them does not work so finally got in touch through Facebook messenger and they took a few days to reply saying that Hermes had sent it back to them ( even though Hermes never received it) and have issued me a refund which takes 3 to 5 days which I’m sceptical that I will even receive it. I do not have another 200 pounds to buy this again in time for Xmas so my daughter now has no Xmas present to open Xmas day.”
“Yep the same as other reviews, this company is dreadful don’t purchase anything from them.
I ordered a simple board game from them at the beginning the month and haven’t received anything, it’s been three weeks and not a peep. Tried contacting them with but no reply and now being ignored.
I appreciate it’s a difficult time at the moment but if you can’t guarantee the service your offering then don’t offer it. Because as far as this paying customer is concerned, you’ve stolen my money.

“I ordered a switch from this company around the 2nd of December, I didn't hear anything for a few days so I emailed them about this and they got back to me real fast then I had an email saying estimated delivery would be 7th - 8th December. We are now on the 11th and I've not received anything yet and all of a sudden they aren't answering my emails now and no contact number for them either

“Horrendous customer service. Money taken out of my account 3 weeks ago, no goods received. No tracking number or carrier information. Now they are saying it’s been dispatched and did someone else in the house take delivery? I live with my 6 year old son so no . Then they asked if a neighbour had it? No. No car through my door either. I think they are scammers . It was Lego and I don’t think they have any stock but used the sort after Lego as an advertising pull. I shall be persuing as fraud through small claims. Stay away from this company!”
“Do not buy!! Ordered an item in mid-October. It is now January, and it hasn't even made it through "processing", let alone dispatching or shipping. They got my money, and I have nothing to show for it. Despite weekly status requests, they are unable to provide an update as to when the order might ship (if ever at this point). Tracking shows they received my returned order 15 working days ago but they are denying all knowledge. “Awful customer service. When you contact them, no one takes ownership of your issue. Each response is copy/pasted and seems like your complaint was merely skimmed through to get a matching letter they could copy from. I was warned about using the Hut group, I should have listened.”

“Would be zero if it were an option. I bought a Moon Miner Game for Christmas 2021. It was missing the little hammer to knock out the blocks. I contacted IWOOT and they have NEVER acknowledged my message or contacted me with regard to the faulty game that they sold. You can get everything they sell cheaper on Amazon or eBay. I will never buy from them again and I make sure I tell everyone I know of my experience of their total lack of customer service.”
