Made an order as have previously ordered with no issues. Order arrived.. great..Good thing I opened it as they had sent me clearly someone else's order.. For the last nearly 2 weeks I have been trying to resolve it!! Messages almost daily and still no resolution! I just want what I ordered, not the 'sorry you've not had the customer service we expect'!!! You can't even get a manager to deal with your issue!!!

Abysmal service from this company Abysmal service from this company. Would never use them again. Purchased two items as gifts. One was received damaged and they did not respond to my email about this. Second item was not received and was absolutely no mention of it on invoice despite being charged for it. After numerous enquiries IWOOT advised me that this item was ordered through a third party (which website did not state) and this other retailer had no stock and didnt know if/when they would get anymore..... but would not give me a refund? I am still in dispute with them over this. It is not a costly item but would have had sentimental value, as my partner is seriously ill and prognosis isnt positive. Ive always said 'love you to the stars' and the mug that i didnt receive said this and the 'name a star' gift arrived with damaged packaging.

Trash. Still awaiting for order to even be processed (never mind delivered )after a week. Customer service a joke and just there to waste your time.

It is really amazing to have IWOO in our community in Toronto, which helped me a lot and trained us in a different area such as painting, insurance information, mental health program, yoga classes & ….

Saw a lot of negative reviews about the site and was worried. But the board game I ordered arrived within a week (I live in Australia for reference), and is a legitimate copy of the board game, not a knock off. 5 stars, would use again. Only feedback is that the company could probably afford to shrinkwrap the game so it avoids potential weather damage, but my copy had no damages so I can’t complain.

How can a company post a link showing the pathway to their C: drive... This is what they sent me... LOL file:///C:/Users/INT1336/Downloads/returnsForm_1652365966559.pdf How do they expect for this link to even work?!!!!! This company is a joke. You will give me a refund, because I am in the process of contacting the Ombudsman services. I have several messages from Iwoot highlighting incompetence, which shows clear signs of them not wanting us to return.

Ordered item expecting it to arrive within 2-3 days as it said on the website. It was needed for a gift. 5 days later it us still showing as processing. I have emailed them 3 times, and just keep getting a generic response, basically saying they haven't got a clue when I will receive the item. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a product from them as a birthday gift, it didn't arrive, I contacted them to ascertain where it is and they simply cancelled the order. I did not want to cancel the order, I was simply wanted to find out where the product was. Sounds to me like they never had it in stock. I spoke to a second person, who said I would have to re-order it. Not bloody likely. Poor service

The worst customer service ever. Couldn't agree more with the reviews below. I am amazing that they are being allowed to operate. Placed an order in November for Xmas presents but they said that my credit card was not being accepted so left it at that. Today (March 10th), get an email from them (do not reply email of course) saying that the goods are now being shipped and that my credit card has been charged!!!! Can't get hold of them in any way and the webchat is unavailable! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order in November last year as a Christmas gift. Despite delivery promises prior to Christmas, this was never honoured. To date (28 February) I still haven’t received the items, and have requested a refund several times. Each time they respond with promises to have it sorted out within 5 days, but this never materialises. Still waiting without a refund. Definitely 0 stars. Avoid these thugs. They are crooks who will definitely steal your money.

12 days since ordered product havent… 12 days since ordered product havent recieved, raised complaint can’t speak to anyone over the phone was assure I would be refunded!!! Still hasn’t happened. Emailed CEO & still no response absolutely Livid this was a Birthday Present & they couldn’t care less.

AVOID......AWFUL EXPERIENCE They took my payment and 10 days later the order is still sat in the warehouse. Apparently they print the free tshirt with item as the order comes in. ??? No ETA , rubbish customer service. My grandson didn't get his birthday present, but yet I cannot get a refund as my order has gone too far... their words not mine. I have a form from my bank sent via email , I am hoping to claw back the money that way.

f I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in November for Xmas gifts had no updates after chasing on multiple occasions. The advisors lied saying it will be resolved within 72 hours. Never did. I requested to cancel which they also lied about tell me as it had been dispatched they can’t cancel. The order in fact wasn’t dispatched for another 2 weeks after this time. Arrived on Xmas eve. Obviously too late and I requested to return. Which I had to do at my expense. I’ve returned and it reached back to them on the 4th of January. They are now refusing to refund my money. I’ve provided proof of the return and are still unwilling to provide my refund. Next stop is probably seeking some legal advice as they are unwilling to help. I’d avoid at all costs. HonestlY

As previous reviews I returned items and have been chasing my refund. They tell me it has not been received so sent them proof of delivery and photo from Hermes. Their responses are auto generated saying the same thing. No customer service, no phone number to speak to anyone. Still no refund after 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I send my sons slush puppies maker back I kept asking when I will receive my refund sent them proof of postage through Hermes and they keep sending me the same email back l, awful customer sevice I would never buy from here again cannot speak to anyone to discuss this all done through email 😡😡😡😡😡 still waiting on refund!!!!

i sent my daughters switch back way before xmas and iv had so many different answers saying they haven't received and then saying i had 40 days to report missing item! i sent proof that i sent it back and they received 22nd december and stillw waiting for a refund all i keep getting told is that there raising it with the right team 3-5 days they shoul get back to you , absolutely shocking!

⛔️AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID⛔️ Company didn’t deliver product until a month after the event it was ordered for, refused to cancel order when I saw they had not sent it, despite being asked several times by myself and PayPal. Took money but refused to cancel order and refund it. Company customer service is 💩. Do not use this company!!!!

This company are terrible! Avoid! My order took far longer to arrive than was promised and they refused to give a refund based on that. I then asked for a refund once items were eventually delivered and they are now dodging sending me a returns form. Do not use, they are cowboys and the most unprofessional customer service I have dealt with.
