“Ordered an item for Christmas in November and still not received it. I have now tried to cancel as I have had to buy this item elsewhere but told I can’t cancel as it’s in dispatch, which it clearly isn’t as I’ve had no dispatch information and on the tracking it just says ‘processing’. So annoyed with this company and useless customer service which take days to get back to you. Please do not use”

Generic response when chasing deliveries, you basically just have to wait until order arrives whenever that might be. When you try and cancel order the response says you can't as one item has been despatched which it hasn't”

“Never got a confirmation email. After 2 weeks I messaged them and they had no record of my order. After a few more identical messages asking me to confirm my shipping address and the order details, I was then asked for all 10 digits of my payment card, which is highly suspicious and ignored.
The order has now turned up, but I`ll certainly never use them again.”

“I ordered an item two weeks ago and have spent most of this week trying to cancel it as it is still 'processing' and I can't wait any longer. They also lie on their website and say they don't take payment until the order is dispatched but they took my money on the day I placed the order. Eventually, today they have told me it is too late to cancel as it has conveniently moved to the warehouse. I now have no choice but to wait for it for eventually arrive, return it in my own time, pay for the return and wait for it to be processed before I will see my refund! It is still with them and I don't think I will ever get the item or my money back!
I will never use them again.”

“I'm not sure who is scamming in this company, but someone clearly is. 3 times this year I've ordered multiple items, been sent less than what I ordered, and nothing is done. Even with concrete proof in the form of the actual weights and dimensions of the boxes that FedEx records making it impossible for all the items to be in the box - they don't do anything. I have to resort to doing multiple credit card chargebacks each and every time. No effort is made on their end to have someone actually look at the evidence and see that they aren't shipping what they say they are. If it happens one time - sure it could be a mistake. But 3 times out of 6 orders? That's not a mistake - that's theft and no one at iWoot/Zavvi cares whatsoever.”
“They dont deserve for one star. I am really disapointed. I ordered Lego bricks. From over one week ago. Status the same from the day I placed order - awaiting for dispatch. I wanted to cancel this order because I dont want to wait too long. But I cant hahaha. Why? Because is in "dispatch" status :/ Its ridiculous. Item wasnt send but they cant cancel. “I ordered goods on the 16th Oct. I wrote a month later asking when they would be dispatched. They took several days to figure out where the goods where. Eventually they gave up and decided to declare it lost (I suspect it was never dispatched but they didn’t want to admit that).
Then they kept saying they would get back to me, or they will send them. It is now over a week later - no goods have been dispatched but they are not giving a refund either. The goods are gifts for my children and now will not arrive in time. They seem completely un-phased. So so terrible.”
