“Would have been five stars but my order was split into two and delivered in two separate packages which wasn't made clear beforehand, also the Invoice was split into two which made the accounting awkward. Otherwise I was happy with the product quality and price.”

“I needed and received clear and cheerful phone advice initially about the choice of battery and charger to go with a Bosch combi drill. The parcel arrived well-wrapped and in good time, but unfortunately, containing no charger, but an extra battery of too high a voltage. I phoned again and the sales dept apologised (unusual!!) quickly arranged a delivery of the charger and a return of the extra battery. Though it was a bit frustrating, I am very pleased with the drill and the speed of charging. The service I received at all stages was extremely polite and pleasant, and I would definitely use My Tool Shed again.”
