“Hello, Not happy with the way they have dealt with me. I`m waiting on the items over 9 days now, i was told that my delivery will be with me on 12.08.19, is 13.08.19 now and after sending another email to them i just got no reply with any update on my order. This is the last time I`ll be doing any shopping with this company and I`ll advise anyone to stay away from them. Kind regards”

“It is a scam. No shipping. I contacted them Kate Middleton was a customer service rep. It does not sounds like real. Kate asked me to wait for another 1-3 days to ship. I contacted them again after 3 days. Now there is no response. Please don't take chances. It is a scam.”

“Wanted some specific winter tyres, and no-where in Uk seems to sell premium winters. Ordered 4 Pirelli winter tyres on quoted 2 week delivery. Nothing after 2 weeks, so I checked reviews and got worried.! Chased after 3 weeks and struggled to get hold of support. Tyres showed after 4 weeks. In summary, this is a good source if you need something specific, if you can wait, and if you want a good price. If you are in a rush - go elsewhere. I'm just about to order more... and not expecting them for a month or more.”

“Wouldnt even give 1 star if that was an option Waiting 3 weeks and still waiting for tyres Kept being told they were delays in customs This is no good when your self employed and having to pre book van in garage in advance and keep cancelling cause tyres not arrived NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS AN APPOLOGY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

“Order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. Received a dispatch email after 2 weeks to say that part of the order has been shipped. They said they’d contact me asap about the missing tyre once they spoke with their warehouse; that was almost a week ago. Awful communication and customer service.”

“Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. My first experience with this company was brilliant, tyres were received within a week, so I decided to get another pair for the rear. There was an issue with the delivery, where DPD had marked it as delivered and received by "Deopt pod" at 21:59. I am obviously not Depot pod and the delivery address was a business address that closes at 18:00, so it would have been impossible for them to deliver it at that time. I firstly contacted DPD, they said they could not do anything for me and that I should go back to the sender and ask them to raise a signature dispute, which I did. I called Mytyres and after explaining the situation, the lady on the phone said the parcel had been marked as delivered and that was that. I then had to reiterate that I am not "Depot pod" and that it would have been impossible for them to deliver the tyres at that time of night. She said she would get a colleague to look into it and I'll recieve an email once they've investigated. A couple days pass, still no email, so I call again. I explain the situation, the lady simply says that the tyres have been delivered. If the tyres had been delivered, I would not be calling you asking you where my tyres are. After explaining AGAIN, that they were not delivered to me, she says that she can see her colleague has been looking in to it and I will recieve an email. At this point I also submit a misdelivery complaint through their online contact form and recieve a response a few hours later, letting me know that they have forwarded it to the correct department and I'll receive an email once they've investigated. 5 days later and still no tyres or any sort of response or acknowledgement. It seems that they are the typical cowboy company where they are more than happy to take your money, but when there is an obvious issue that requires them to issue a refund or re-send the delivery, they don't want to talk to you. I would suggest that if you are ordering from this company, to use a payment system such as PayPal or a credit cards, so you can claim any money back easily. Absolutely useless company, with useless staff and ridiculous customer service. Still no tyres, no communication and £180 worse off. What's worse is that every person I've spoken to at DPD knows that the parcel has been misdelivered as "Depot pod" is code for something but they can only action it if the sender makes a complaint and this pathetic excuse for a tyre company won't do anything about it.”

“Scam bought 2 tyres for my KTM apart of dodgy tracking number nothing else happens. Stay well clear. They sending it from Germany. Hopefully PayPal will help with getting my money back.”

“Steer clear of this little shop. First, the they sell you the product that doesn't fit your car, then you chase them for two weeks to get any response at all, and then they they wash their hands off you and take no accountability for mis-selling you the wrong thing. Worst customer experience ever!”

“ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. I BOUGHT 2 BIKE TYRES AND WAS PROMISED A QUICK DELIVERY. ALMOST 4 WEEKS LATER ONE TYRE TURNED UP AFTER I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER AND I STILL HAVE NO REFUND. THESE TYRES COME FROM GERMANY THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU ORDER THEM THEY JUST TELL YOU LIES. IF YOU WANT BIKE TYRES I SUGGEST FWR TYRES IN LONDON THEY ARE CHEAPER AND THEY COME THE DAY AFTER……FUMING AT THIS SHOWER OF S**T.”

“non uk based with .co.uk domain on website. Misleading. Made an order 4 working days later checked tracking number just to find that they haven’t been dispatched even though they sent me an email saying that it was. Then found out that they are coming from germany and need to clear customs which would take forever - cancelled my order. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so should get back money at some point”

“Please avoid this company , Absolutely time waster Purchased 4 tyres at 16/11 Delivery date 24/11 Never arrived, called customer service next day blaming custom , they don’t know when they can deliver the tyres, called customer service after 4 days again blaming custom and no idea when ,they recommended to cancel the order, after cancellation I called the customer service more than 10 time for refund still no luck. Please avoid this Rubish company if you can .”

“stay away from that company. yes you will buy a little cheaper tires. BUT when you go to the service you have to pay for the installation and the price becomes higher. the wait from this company is very long. they do not refund money even after you have confirmed that they will return the money”

“Ordered Avon r16 snow tires with 3 day delivery, turns out my tires actually isn't a UK company and tires got stuck in customs, two weeks later and they delivered Hankook r17, asked for proof which I provided and then wouldn't respond - had to go through PayPal for a refund. Stay away!”

“I bought 2 tyres and got only 1 Called customer service and been told they will look into it in few days. Gave them my order number and been fobbed off, told that it was paid and delivered and that it is not stated on their record how many tyres i bought. Thieves!!! Steer clear!!!”

“I have ordered 4 tyres two of them have arrived 2 weeks after placing order. So another two I have to ask them on chat where they are to just find out there is problem on their warehouse and the tyres currently not in stock so I asked for replacement so chap on chat said we will dispatch replacement ASAP, I was thinking we'll Good enough but it was wrong as replacement rook a month and half to arrived. Poor communication poor service. As I was under impression that if there is any problem from they side they suppose contact me and let me know not just wait till I contact them.”

“I ordered a set of tires, after three weeks they have not even been sent. I called and Heard that they will be here next week yet still haven’t arrived. I called again that I cant anymore so I canceled my order. They now don’t want to return my money so I dont recommend”
