I just used them to organise the shipping of an old record player within the UK - 'Parcel Force 48' were the best carrier for me to use - but through Parcelmonkey it was far more cheaper for me to use them than pay PF48 direct!! Avoid this company! I paid for 24 hour delivery, and the courier used through parcel monkey still hasn't collected the item - I have been told it will be 4 days until it is collected! This is extremely late. I had to reimburse the buyer of the item and Parcel Monkey state there is no compensation for late collection. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely abysmal service. 6 Weeks passed, and despite attaching all of the documents Parcelmonkey requested me to, the parcel was returned. The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID.

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned claiming the destination address was wrong, it was written exactly as per the post office details for my address, it was damaged on return, no refund for mistakes, in general their support took a week to respond to each query.
