Fake discount website, don't waste your time. You are presented with a list of different couriers and a price estimate for each (based on weight alone), so naturally you see what the cheapest one offers. After entering more package details, the estimate suddenly shoots up. So you think, maybe now one of the other couriers will be cheaper. But no matter which you pick, the estimated price is now the exact same. Waste of time.

K then contacted Parcel monkey to say that the weight of my parcel is the same but the dimension is different - should I cancel my collection and rebooking? They said the courier will tell me the price different when collecting the item.

Would not advise using parcel monkey - we booked a UPS courier delivery slot and we are now entering the third day waiting if they will eventually pick our package up?! You are given no time slot but expected to sit in all day and wait if the courier will actually turn up (3 days in our case).

I have no opportunity to dispute this with them and this is a lot of money to charge for a parcel delivery service on top of my original payment to them.

Parcel didn’t arrive with to buyer so I lost £270. Had paid extra for compensation if lost and was told last Tuesday I would be refunded. No refund and no parcel also no one seems to help on live chat and email just keep telling me to wait. I’m disgusted.

Useless company. Despite waiting for a month, my package was eventually sent back to me, broken and with holes (you could see the content inside). Unfortunately, not only was there no refund issued but also the lack of communication on their part was frustrating and unprofessional. DO NOT USE

Terrible service. I sent package to my friend in another country it took more than five months and then they said my package is lost. The package was not insured so it is not claimable. It would be good if they know how to do their job. The package means something to me and the recipient. I definitely not use their service ever again. They can't do their job.

Box was returned to the sender's address after 3 months, all contents damaged. A little 20 pounds refund was offered, but then it was paid out to a wrong account which was closed 6 months earlier neglecting my indications. Customer service is not helping, seems to talk to a cheap AI given the multiple errors in basic logic. Still asking for the 20 pounds after 6 months, but just for the purpose of research on the operations of this company
