Why pay for the insurance if they will not do anything, literally, if something happens?
I am still trying with UPS directly but now I know you do pay for what you get and I will not be using this service any longer, no matter how cheap they quote you for prices to ship anything.

very disappointed, if I do not chase them for the label then how long I would wait for the NOTHING???
I ended up to go directly to the courier service prover website and ordered delivery through them, label emailed instantly, so hopefully it will be on it's way.

When I asked for a refund they tried yto fob me off saying it wasn't a tmed packkage, (?), I saiid it was simle, they had taken the money and not provided any service at all.
