“ Very poor as order placed days ago now received an e mail stating only ordered today (days later) being standard delivery this has added upto an extra 5 days for the items to be received not good. ”

“ I ordered 2 items online for delivery to my local store. This was 27th Nov 22 and I emailed to find out when it will be delivered. Eventually emailed back to say it had been delivered to my store. It has not I've checked twice, lady at the shop checked the system and said its still in transit. Tried emailing and calling , on hold for 40mins each time. I just want a refund! ”
