“The rate was higher on Prestigia than the hotel's website after all the taxes, local taxes, VAT taxes, and the initial deposit fee were calculated, by almost 30 Euro. I didn't notice the small print in the price. Got a voucher at the end of the transaction. Will have to pay at the hotel on local currency in Sep. I would have preferred if I could just pay the entire amount now since it is a prepaid, no cancellation rate who knows what the Euro rate will be in Sep.”

“Booking was easy and info like fees and cancellation periods are shown prominently on the page. If you do decide to cancel a booking, the refund can take a few weeks to hit your card as they are based outside of the U.S.”
