Very poor experience with Prestigia. I booked through Trivago and was not clearly informed I was completing the reservation on Prestigia. The first attempt showed an error and erased my details, so I booked again. Later I received multiple emails confirming I had been charged twice for two non-refundable bookings. Customer service refused to fix the issue even though it was clearly caused by their system. I strongly advise caution when booking through this site. I am still waiting for a refund of the duplicate reservation.

I originally booked a resort in Cancun Mexico on 12/31/25 using Prestigia.com. A friend travelling with us to the same resort also did the same. He got an email from Prestigia 10 days from our intended arrival date stating that his room was cancelled. So, I quickly called the resort to inquire on the status of my reservation. What do you know, they had no record of my reservation. They could see my friends cancelled reservation though. I quickly reached out to customer service at Prestigia.com via phone and email. Phone gets you nowhere as you can NOT speak to a live person. Email replied that they were looking into my reservation. 72 Hours after I emailed to verify my booking, I finally get a response from Prestigia.com and what do you know, my reservation is no good but don't worry, they'll place me at another resort 6 miles away and didn't feel the need to tell me this until I reached out and less than a week before my intended arrival. Luckily I was able to rebook directly with the property, it just cost me an extra couple of thousand dollars. What good is an online travel agent that can not even guarantee their own reservations...

I currently have a voucher on there system with them for $700+ and i am trying to get them to use this voucher to make a reservation. It has been 2 weeks+ and i am still getting told it needs a manager. I have been told the price of the booking but i am yet to receive a confirmation. I am 2 week away from my holiday and they keep saying its with a manager. I have requested a call or a number to call on with no response. Worst experience ever, if i have to book elsewhere I will be taking legal action

Booked and paid for the booking. When we got to the hotel the hotel staff couldn’t find our booking. Called prestigia customer service and recording said no agent were available and they will contact us ASAP. Had to go to hotel next door since this one was fully booked. Had to pay 3x the cost. Prestigia emailed us three days later to inquire about the issue. I am glad we didn’t wait for them to contact us that night or we would have being waiting for three days in the hotel lobby. They agreed to refund my original amount paid since I initiated a dispute with by bank. I still had to cover all the extra hotel charges and let alone all the frustration and inconvenience with the kids. I suggestion to others is to learn from my experience and avoid them and go with some other booking company that has better reviews. Booking ID 271025-ABDU-1739449

Extremely Slow Refund – Disappointed with Prestigia I cancelled my reservation at New York Hilton Midtown through Prestigia (reservation 090925-BERE-1728106). I was told my refund of €2501.10 would take 15–20 business days. This is far too long—most refunds are processed within a few days. I expected Prestigia, a professional booking platform, to handle refunds promptly. The delay is causing unnecessary stress, especially with my credit card about to charge the same amount. I hope Prestigia improves its refund process to meet the standards expected from a reputable company.

They do not refund. I have been in contact with them since over a month now and have only heard '' we have escalated your case and we will get back to you''. Even if you follow the rules, it doesn't matter.

There was no answer at any of the phone numbers they listed. They did not respond to my email either. They have not contacted me in anyway and now I am passed the deadline and they want full price to cancel.

Good luck getting a refund. I had to cancel my trip and did so within the time frame for a full refund. I received an email confirmation from them stating I would received a full refund within 7-10 business days. After the 10th business day passed and I had not received my refund I called and was given an excuse as to why they had not yet. I emailed multiple times and received an auto generated response. Now, nobody even picks up the phone. Absolutely terrible.

I strongly advise against using Prestigia.com following my terrible experience. I booked a prepaid 4-night stay at The Carlyle Hotel, arriving on Wednesday, May 14th. Upon check-in, the hotel informed me that Prestigia had reserved only one night instead of four, forcing me to check out abruptly on Thursday, May 15th. Despite having fully prepaid, this mistake was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Attempts to resolve this with Prestigia have been frustratingly ineffective. Their customer service is accessible only via email, and responses from representatives—specifically Hamza R, Yasmina, and Ghita—have consistently promised prompt refunds but have delivered nothing. It has now been over five weeks, and I have yet to receive the considerable refund owed to me. I’m deeply disappointed by Prestigia’s lack of accountability and responsiveness and genuinely concerned that other travelers might face similar experiences. Proceed with caution if considering booking through Prestigia.com.

Stay away from this company. I cancelled a booking on April 17th and it's now June 19th and still no refund. I was promised it would be refunded within 5-7 days and despite dozens of emails and calls I am still waiting. Look at the other reviews before taking a chance with these scammers.

After going in circles with the online trading platform’s support, I gave Mrs. Olivia and her team a try. They exceeded my expectations. The hotel I was staying with authorised a 50% room refund and advised Prestigia in writing. It's been over a month now and still no refund. They use delay tactics with no intention of giving you the refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.

We have cancelled our reservation that was meant to be for October 2025 already since 24th of March 2025. Still no refund. Standard email saying it is currently being processed. This is unacceptable since it clearly says refund within 7-10 working days. Have anyone taken a legal action against them?

We do not get our money back after a cancellation. And it is a serious amount. I already have 10 excuse messages, but no money!

I recently booked a trip at a great price before reading the reviews on prestigia.com, then canceled it same day after reading the reviews. I'm so glad I canceled it because the reviews are true as posted. I was told refunds are processed 7-10 working days. After 12 days, I sent customer support and email and and replied they are still working on it and will get it back by the following early week. I got suspicious but still waited. I waited until later that week, no refund. Sent another email and they replied sorry for the delay with no reassurance. Then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Thankfully, problem was resolved. Check with credit card company on time frame to file a dispute. Don't let it wait too long. You won't get your money back.
