“The company appears to be very untrustworthy, and their customer service is terrible. There’s no way to actually call and speak with a live agent. Make sure you carefully review the breakdown of all the fees. I booked a hotel, and my confirmation stated that all fees—including resort fees—were already included in the amount I paid. I found this unusual since resort fees are typically paid directly to the hotel, but I assumed the process had changed since the breakdown clearly indicated “all fees included,” including resort fees. However, that was definitely not the case—when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged the resort fees again on top of what I had already paid.”
