"This is a horrible company who scams consumers. They've found many loopholes in the systems and you'll see hundreds of stories of people who have been taken advantage of in innocent ways. They've promised me a refund for 18 months (a year and a half) and the behavior has been so shady\/devious. I STILL don't have my $379 back despite the hotel and a third party claiming they just kept my money. Luckily I've escalated to American Express, Barclays etc and have open cases with all and been reporting them to travel websites as well. Please do the same. Most of these reviews are fake."
