“ The customer assistant was abrupt and dismissive in store - when my daughter asked for advice she actually rolled her eyes at a waiting customer and was not pleasant at all. The waiting customer confirmed she had rolled her eyes !! Customers are struggling financially at the moment and I think if they find time and money to purchase from your store they deserve to receive polite customer service. ”
