The customer assistant was abrupt and dismissive in store - when my daughter asked for advice she actually rolled her eyes at a waiting customer and was not pleasant at all. The waiting customer confirmed she had rolled her eyes !!
Customers are struggling financially at the moment and I think if they find time and money to purchase from your store they deserve to receive polite customer service.

Very rude customer service adviser. Young girl who wasn’t friendly at all and at 62 years old I am quite disgusted. If they are shirty with me then I will deal with in the same manner. Most of the products I have had have been brilliant. The bread maker was a disaster. The first lady who dealt with the return was so lovely and helpful. Had no issues whatsoever.
