My wife purchased a pair of shoes from Quiz on line. She had purchased the shoes for our holiday. After being worn once the ankle strap broke. Emailed Quiz to be told that she could only have a gift card (-15%) because the shoes were older than 30 days. We will not be shopping at Quiz again. Seriously poor customer service.

I returned two dresses in perfect condition but got sent an email to say I was not getting a refund as they smelt of mould! They will not reply to my messages. Terrible service, will never buy from them again!

I've ordered clothes online for many years, without incident I may add but clearly from far more reputable companies than Quiz clothing given my recent experience with them. I've never encountered anything like it and they will NEVER get my custom again. I ordered four items for choice, kept one and returned three (two of which I noticed did not have tags but thought nothing of it at the time). I tried on the items once and returned within 14 days. I noticed that I was only refunded for one item (the cheapest). Emailed Quiz who replied to say that they were refusing to refund the other two as they did not have tags and were showing 'signs of wear' and they could not have been sent to me like that. Three photos were attached to the email, one of which showed stains on a grey item (neither of the 2 items were grey). I replied to say they had been sent without tags and showed no signs of wear when I put them back into the packaging that they were sent in. They replied stating that they looked as if they had been worn and, in addition, that they 'smelled strongly of body odour'. I knew they were being dishonest at this point because I've never had B.O. in my life and I'd tried on the items immediately after showering. I emailed back to say I was disgusted and insulted and informed them I had opened a Paypal dispute and would be informing trading standards. I then got an email from them saying they would refund the items on this occasion but ONLY if I closed the dispute. I had to point out to them that I couldn't do this as, once closed, a Paypal dispute cannot be reopened so should they decide to go against their word and not refund I could take no further action. Their final reply reiterated that they could not process a refund if the dispute was open which, of course, is nonsense. Meanwhile, the said items were sent back to me anyway and they informed me that I could just dispose of these. A month later, Paypal has upheld my claim and made them cough up and refund me. It's been an altogether stressful and unpleasant shopping experience but an eye-opener nonetheless that such a large company can behave in such a despicable manner yet get away with it. This morning I finally opened the package containing the returned items and rather than two stained, tatty and stinky pieces of clothing I found them exactly as I'd returned them: new but tagless. No stains in sight, no wear and tear and certainly no stench of body odour. They smelled like new items because they are. So, Quiz clothing have not only lied repeatedly and made false accusations they have sent fake photographs, too. And tried to deceive me regarding the Paypal dispute process. All to save refunding a total of just under £60. Bravo, Quiz clothing, bravo.

I processed a return through Quiz's website and they used ReBound as the courier. Rebound told me that they delivered my return to Quiz on 6/25/2019. I contacted Quiz via email and I provided them with all of my shipping and tracking documents; I even forwarded them the email that I received from ReBound stating that they delivered the return to Quiz. Quiz said they can't locate my return package and that I should contact ReBound directly to get the shipping information that they need. ReBound does not have any contact information and clearly states in the email to "Please allow up 3 working days for your refund to be processed. If this period is exceeded, or if you need assistance, then please contact Quiz directly using link http://customercare@quizclothing.co.uk." So basically they're giving me the run around. I will absolutely never purchase anything from or recommend Quiz to anyone ever again!!

Returned a dress and they said I would not get a refund as it was in a worn condition. I only tried it on! Will avoid in the future, if you look at the other reviews you'll see this is quite common.

Returned a dress and I m still waiting for a refund. I have proof of postage and on tracking link states it has been delivered. Last email I had from customer care is that they are investigating? Absolutely horrible service. Hopefully I will get my refund soon and I will not order again anything.

The staff couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if they tried. Denied a refund even though I was sighing 14days and the dress has labels and in condition it was bought.

Firstly got sent the wrong size dress. Quiz apologised and offered a refund. Returned the dress yet now saying they have not recieved the dress. Typical, I cant find the post office receipt.

use quiz fairly often and never had an issue until now. sent back 3 dresses and kept 1. I got the email to say they had received my parcel and stated the refund amount which was incorrect. They are saying the dress for £34.99 was never returned, which is was. They said they have a warehouse check and its not with them. Well i put it in that bag! refusing to give my money back without a tracking number which if course ive no thrown away!! absolutely fuming

Ordered a dress from quiz that never showed after numerous emails to them regarding a refund for an item I didn’t receive they just stopped replying and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund will never use the company again

I ordered a coat a size 6 and was placed for a size 10. In which it is not my size. It states that I was supposed to receive my coat for feb. 4 and I still have not gotten any reply or anything through the Message I send on Instagram. I’m hoping I don’t get no bs for when I ask for my money back. With all the negative feedback I’m reading then I am expecting for the worse.

I did a return in the ilac store 16thDecember there’s only one toll in the shop qued for nearly ten minutes got to the till I was greeted anywho I was asked my name told the elderly lady my name she then Sarah whattt in an argogant manner I was shocked as so was the customers behind me I said that’s no manner to talk to me kicked off arguing back to me I didn’t talk to you like that I said listen I will speak to head office about this on behalf of quiz clothing her response ye go ahead smiling I said I actually really am now giving me eyes staring at me then start accusing me of abusing her all because I told her not to talk like that and then because I said I’m getting on to quiz head office it was horrible experience there was no need for this customer service also any time I pop into the shop the til area is covered with clothes and the one till I won’t be ever shopping again here

I am with the previous reviewer - its too bad I had to give them 1 star. They can't deliver their products and they are not contactable. Why bother with Quiz. Closing my account now.

If I could give a Zero, I would have done! - Two order back to back that they have cancelled after they made me wait for the item for two weeks providing me with information that the order was dispatched. - And then to add insult to injury, i have to wait up to 5 days for the money which they effectively sat on for over 20 days. On top of it all, they do not have a customer service telephone one can call that I can find which works and they take more than 2 to 3 days to respond to the email query you send. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...their are many other websites with worldwide deliver.

AVOID QUIZ ONLINE - APPALLING EXPERIENCE Ordered online - order didn’t arrive - no telephone customer services - I waited 5 days for a response to my email fromcustomer services. Another week on, they confirmed my parcel had been lost! I asked for a refund, which customer services then has to pass onto another department. They confirmed refund could take 5 days to go through. The refund amount was incorrect. Another email!!! They said it was because not everything had been returned!!! I’m fuming, I never ever received my parcel... so no order and still trying to get the correct refund!!!! SO BEWARE if your thinking of placing a large order online from this company, it probably won’t arrive, and if it does there could be items missing. I certainly won’t be using them again.

Absolutely awful customer experience! I have ordered an item and it wasn’t delivered to me. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now. I have sent over 10 emails where no one responded. I finally managed to speak to someone on Instagram after sending numerous messages and few days later they said my parcel was lost and offered a refund or a replacement. I have requested a replacement and two days later they have messaged me saying sorry no replacement available. I’m outraged by such appalling service! And just as a final insult after spending hours trying to contact them they offered me a free postage next time (the code which is available everywhere online). Never have I ever experienced such an awful customer service.

I returned a dress on 26/06/18 but still haven't received my refund or confirmation email that they've received it. The dress was to small so I couldn't keep it. I wrote 2 email but no reply so far. There is no number to ring. Look like I've been RIPPED OFF!!!! There is so many people like me, I's a shame I didn't read the reviews before! I never had such an issue with any other company! Why noone can not do anything about it?! I'll not leave it like that for sure! I'm just about to contact Consumer Ombudsman for help. I have pictures taken and returning receipt.
