“Order received within a week via local Collection convenience shop. One item was out of stock but I was informed promptly and my PayPal account credited by that item amount. Goods were returned the next working day for a refund using the Asda drop off service. Emails kept me informed of my parcel's progress. I received a refund from Quiz one week later, again via my PayPal account. After reading these negative reviews felt I should post a more positive experience with ordering online with Quiz. Hope this helps future customers.”

“I think we should report this company! they haven’t refunded me yet even though I sent several emails, and Whatsapp messages! they are a joke! DON’t BUY IN THIS STORE! I am checking the consumer protection from unfair trading to have my money back”

“AVOID QUIZ AT ALL COSTS Customer service is beyond awful. They deliver to the wrong address and say it's not their fault. Wont refund because their service says it was delivered... Customer service reps were terrible and useless.”

“Order accepted, money accounted for but no Conformation email. Been trying to contact them over a week now. Sent 15 emails, they are not responding at all. Contacted bank twice on hold for 30 minutes. Told got to give them 15 days before bank will look at it. What are we supposed to do. No sign of order which was for a 50 th birthday present, now past that date. I would never ever shop with them again. Ive spent a lot of money with Quiz, I know we are experiencing unprecedented times, but surely an acknowledgement would have been the right thing to do. They are still taking online orders, BE WARNED!!!”

“Feel I must speak as I find after reading all the negative reviews!very quick delivery ordered on the Sun&instore Tues, successfully returned to store on the Sat as too big, email received to say refund in process on the Mon &is back into my account today . So for me a very happy experience with fast delivery and refund ,& a smaller dress also ordered online with a delivery within 3 days, I will happily continue to order online from QUIZ in the future,”

“If i could give zero i would! Placed an order and paid and then received no confirmation or record of my order! No customer service telephone number to actually speak to someone so had to email/ tweet/instagram - appalling response times, my last email from 2 days ago still hasnt been responded to! Ive finally been refunded after a week of them having my money with no order placed- awful company and awful customer service!”

“This so called company, should be investigated as they take your money and give you nothing, on line at least. Please shoppers don’t give these people your money. You won’t see your orders again. Rotten company. I’ve advice for getting my money back using ‘ charge back’. I suggest you all do the same. I’ve read on line that their profits aren’t as high as they’d like. Could that be the reason they are stealing from the customer? That’s what it adds up to ‘M”

“im very upset as I ordered 3 items on Monday when I entered my address on the website the address that was sent to me on confirmation of my payment was different to what I had put in. my delivery was due to come on Saturday which I thought was quite late, when I had made the order on Monday. I then ring quiz customer service number to speak to a lady which I found not very helpful I had told her about the situation and had said we cant change address you need to call hermnes who are delivering your parcel. I then call them which again wasn't very helpful then told me they can not change the address I had to go back and call quiz. ive sent emails and still yet haven't heard anything. im being told one thing by quiz then another by hermnes I would just like to be put in the right direction and get this sorted.”

“AVOID Have tried to return a package to Quiz for the last month with no luck. Their QR codes do not work, have been sent new ones which they say have the issue fixed but they clearly haven't. Wasting so much time trying to return their item which arrived incorrectly in the first place. Most stressful company to deal with and I would advise to avoid shopping here. Any decent company would take responsibility for their own issues and not have their customers take the hit”

“sent back 2 parcels at the same time and they have only refunded one parcel and refuse to refund the other, as they say although signed for, they do not have it. they owe me over £400, I will pursue through courts if I have too. They email from abroad as the times are no uk times, no custoemr service at all”

“Ordered a dress , to be delivered to a collection point .. Got email to say it had been dispached , over a week later , no further on . Sent several whatsapps to be told its out for delivery . Its now a week overdue to the estimated delivery date , no help whatsoever from Quiz . I have asked for a refund on several occasions which seems to fall on deaf ears . I would never order from QUIZ again , total disgrace how they treat you . Here's hoping i get my full refund ...”

“Customer service is absolutely awful. I'm £220 out of pocket due to wrong information being given repeatedly, and a refund i'm still wait for from 28th September! The responders on the support email don't seem to care, and have fobbed me off for weeks. None of the phone numbers on the site seem to work and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone who knows what's going on. I'd never recommend Quiz to anyone.”

“Quiz Clothing are a DISGRACE!! WHEN I placed my order online I chose a collection point in my city and they decided to deliver to a different collection point in another town 25 miles away. I do not drive so how am I supposed to get there? Unacceptable!! DO NOT BUY FROM QUIZ CLOTHING, it's not worth the hassle!!”

“I've ordered online a few times but returning items for a refund takes ages .So today I decided to try taking items into the store at Castleford not for a refund but for an exchange but manager refused to do this as I didn't have a bar code for proof of purchase but I did have an email for proof of purchase but she said that wasn't enough .Their for refused to let me exchange items .I did say I had traveled to exchange rather than return items for cash but she was unsympathetic and rather matter of fact .I have done this with other stores never had an issue and I know my not buying from this company bargain won't make a high he difference but it is a shame your online ordering didn't work along side your stores .Yes my bad for forgetting paper work but I had honest proof on my phone with order no”

“I ordered from Quiz over 2 weeks ago but a week ago i received an email from them giving me a timeline for delivery and tracking number, needless to say 2 weeks later i still havent received my order and tracking has been saying will deliver today since last week. Really annoyed as i have ordered things from outside this country last week and already received my order and i Have emailed Quiz several times but no response from them what soever...will not be ordering from them again as this was meant to be a present for my mum but now thanks to them everything is ruined..”
