Worst service ever, I bought a dress for next day delivery, and it’s been a week, they took my money. When i called, they were rude and told me to send an email which they never responded to. Wouldn’t recommend them at all, they are terrible. Please refund me my money

Paid for next day delivery, it took 4 days to arrive and no one could give me any timescales other than to say it will be delivered ‘shortly’. Tried emailing and live chat and got nowhere. Contacted customer services by email, no response. Very unresponsive

Worst company EVER!!! Have ordered & had to send back 2 items. Have been waiting for a refund longer than the estimated time. The status is still saying it hasn't been delivered, yet it is confirmed receipt of my return!. Nobody answering my emails in customer service!! What a joke. Won't be ordering from here again!!!!!

The worst company ever. I ordered two dresses and I paid next day delivery. However, they brought it 10 days later when I didn’t need anymore and the most disappointed thing is that they only had put one dress in the bag. They never refunded me the money for the dress which it was missing. Totally fraud!

Y is no one working in customer support or complains my daughter ordered 4 dresses which have just came and 1 is filthy dirty 1 is all pulled at threads and other 1 is ripped at top this is a disgrace and there is no one to speak to on phone about this emails have been sent and not even a reply !!!!!

I experienced awful customer service, from a racist Store Manager, called Jade. This was in the Westfield store, on a Wednesday afternoon. She was unfriendly and was giving me attitude as soon as I approached the till. Then she refused to do my refund but happily did so for other customers who weren't ethnic minorities. The unfair treatment I received was because I wasn't white. There was no reason for her to not process my refund, and she should not be a store manager if she is going to treat customers of ethnic minorities like this.

I took my wedding shoes back as they were faulty lost my receipt during lockdown went to the Norwich store to be told no receipt cannot do anything I said a credit note would be ok but assistant manager refused very rude . I asked to see the manager to be told she will say the same very unprofessional . £30 down the drain and I had to buy another pair for my wedding in July . Because of the pandemic you thought they would have been more sympathetic . Won’t shop there again one angry bride to be

I've ordered online a few times but returning items for a refund takes ages .So today I decided to try taking items into the store at Castleford not for a refund but for an exchange but manager refused to do this as I didn't have a bar code for proof of purchase but I did have an email for proof of purchase but she said that wasn't enough .Their for refused to let me exchange items .I did say I had traveled to exchange rather than return items for cash but she was unsympathetic and rather matter of fact .I have done this with other stores never had an issue and I know my not buying from this company bargain won't make a high he difference but it is a shame your online ordering didn't work along side your stores .Yes my bad for forgetting paper work but I had honest proof on my phone with order no

So.as we all.know.we have been in lockdown and all the shops have been closed. Beware quiz really aren't bothered by that and are making sure they are looking after their own pockets. I took a top I bought a couple of days before the last lockdoen..I took.it back today and was told because it was a sale item I couldn't get my money back but.could exchange or get a credit note. I was furious to say the least as their usual policy on a sale item is a refund if it is taken back in 7 days. Unless I broke into the shop I am perplexed as to why I am being punished for being in lockdown Quiz have no regard for customers and only bothered about their own pocket Will be interesting to see if this review.is published.

I ordered last week 2 pairs of boots one pair size 6 and another pair size 4 for my daughter. I paid and then realised when the invoice came through the size 6 had been changed to a 3. I emailed straight away!......... No answer! Then they emailed to say ( the usual stuff) order had gone out,. I emailed again.... No answer. I've had order size 3. A company who I won't be dealing with again.

I just placed an order for shoes and a bag, checkout was all correct, got to inputting payment hit 'pay now' and they've added on 3 items of clothing I didnt even look at let alone add to my basket. They're size 8 aswell which is not my size so this is the websites doing... wondering now how much of a nightmare it'll be to get a refund from reading previous comments !!!! Items are clearly cheap for a reason... not happy!!

I ordered a jumper i dress came sent it back and am still waiting for refund 2 months now nothing , how can a company not pay u back when was there mistake to , sick of emailing them , its disgusting

I have send about 20 emails no reply back....took the money from my account recieved confirmation email said it would be delivered in such a date ...but still not here but took my money. I rang a quiz store but they cant help as I ordered online and they dont have a number for them either. Been waiting over a week items still not here

Received 3 dresses - loved one so kept it, returning the other 2 that totals £42.10 but have received a refund for £35.80! Can’t work out how this has been calculated as the other dress was £15 so the maths doesn’t make sense even if they refunded me for the dress I kept by mistake! Tried to email for help but heard nothing! What was going to be a good review is no longer possible

I ordered from Quiz over 2 weeks ago but a week ago i received an email from them giving me a timeline for delivery and tracking number, needless to say 2 weeks later i still havent received my order and tracking has been saying will deliver today since last week. Really annoyed as i have ordered things from outside this country last week and already received my order and i Have emailed Quiz several times but no response from them what soever...will not be ordering from them again as this was meant to be a present for my mum but now thanks to them everything is ruined..

Never in years have I experienced such a bad clothing company for ordering from, not only have I not received 2 lots off orders I've placed but they also have taken 2 lots off payments out my account for £27.99 and £100.77. 😡 tried to get hold of customer service to no avail, customers be very careful before ordering

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on the 29th of May not that long ago granted, but I still havent recieved an email to tell me when my order will be delivered. They were however quick to send an email to tell me my order had gone through and they had taken the money from my bank account, nearly £50. I've emailed them twice so far and no reply. Thought I'd look online for reviews wish I'd done so before placing my order. Really disgusted by the way they've treated me and the other people on here. I've bought from quiz before but I definitely wont be buying from them in future.

AVOID QUIZ AT ALL COSTS Customer service is beyond awful. They deliver to the wrong address and say it's not their fault. Wont refund because their service says it was delivered... Customer service reps were terrible and useless.
