"I made a purchase on the cricut maker machine website that I use for my job. Today I received a PC gaming chair, I contacted the chat and I will only receive my product next Tuesday 01\/03\/2023 I have to wait almost another week to have my product correctly. In that time I already lost work and also lost clients, I have work to be delivered this weekend. Remembering that it was the store's mistake, I never bought a chair, but a machine that I use for my work. I want to know what the Ryman store is going to do about the customers and money I've lost in that time. I expect a comeback."

"Scammers! AVOID!\nAll the negative reviews here are true.\n\nThese people are scammers. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.\n\nAfter we received our order (late) all the boxes were wet and the products were damaged.\n\nIt took them over a week to collect the damaged items after days of fake collection arrangements via email and so much time wasted over the phone.\n\nWhen the replacement finally arrived, it was also damaged!\n\nWe've now been trying to get them replaced or get some sort of partial refund for OVER A MONTH!\n\nSo we're now stuck with a damaged bed and bedside tables and no reasonable solution has been offered.\n\nDisgusting.\n\nAVOID!!"
