“Every time I have been in this shop, the Size in Cambridge, it seems to be run by a bunch of rude people who don’t care about their job, been in a few times where they all seem to just be on their phones. One woman in particular had a horrible attitude. Customer service is very poor. Had a bad experience in that shop probably a year ago and so did a few people i know, swore i would never go back but did today. And you can probably guess how that went. Such bad organisation and awful customer service!”

“I ordered online Jordan mid white pollen black yellow shoe 11 on October 29 and my confirmation order no is 17066.Iam trying to contact customer service that is non existent and through emails but no answer about shipping. I am flying abroad in three days and shoes were a gift for my near one.I am helpless and depressed and don't understand how SIGE deals with his customers.”

“Received a pair of trainers that were far smaller than described. Having returned them with a postal address they sent me (Hermes), they are telling me the tracking reference I have given them doesn’t match. I have now opened up a PayPal case to get my £105 refund. Atrocious service and Hermes are equally atrocious. Won’t ever use either again.”

“False advertising at its finest! Constantly advertising products they do not have in stock through Facebook and Instagram. Wasted my time twice with Size. Both times they were advertising products they did not have. If you don’t have it don’t advertise it. Such a waste of my time and have to wait 3-5 days for the money to return to me now.”

“Size is the worse company ever. I bought trainer from them 3 months ago, it was not delivered and they clearly accepted that their driver had stolen it. Every time I contact them, they say the case will be escalated. It has been escalated 21 times and no response yet. They are rubbish”

“I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, the store advise they can do nothing in house and i must contact customer service, customer service requested proof of return of the goods, which I did they then emailed to say I must go back to the store for a refund, in the meantime, still no refund!!! or explination of why I have been misadvised by all staff members.”

“After seeing adverts on Facebook I see a pair of Adidas Originals I liked. I followed a link to the website and placed my order. After reading numerous bad reviews I became worried, but thought I’m covered by PayPal. Got a confirmation email told 3-5 working days . Next day got an email they where dispatched & I received them the next morning. They where neatly boxed trainers where exactly as I wanted and immaculate. So very happy.”

“Only good thing about Size is the adidas exclusives that they get, if they didn’t have them I doubt I’d bother shopping there at all and there hipster staff keep me from setting foot in the place at the best of times.”

“Received returns that hadn't been inspected. Box literally came open and the shoes hanging out. No wrapping and no space hippie bag that was supposed to be included. I've never been so annoyed by a shoe delivery. Will never buy from there again. There used to be a store in Newcastle that closed down, wonder why, from reviews it looks like they can't even handle an online shop. Good riddance and I look forward to your administration. Not even gonna bother returning the shoes based on other reviews.”

“Sent me two of the same items instead of the different ones I ordered... then checked website and they don’t have the ones I ordered in my size. £38 CK underwear, couldn’t even be bothered sending back after poor customer service in the phone.. best to avoid this company and stick to Amazon and eBay”

“Ordered socks and a pair of trainers. As soon as I placed the order, it’s says in the description it’s only 3 individual socks not 3 pairs. Emailed customer service to cancel the socks order. They emailed me back assuring that I will get 3 pairs not 3 individual socks. After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!!!! Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me. And will they apply 10% on future purchase!!! Are you being serious!!!! I will never ever shop with you again. Such a poor customer service. Avoid.”

“Bought some trainers that they say they have in stock be clearly dont. 4 weeks later and im still being tolf they are waiting to be picked off the shelf! Useless customer service as well. Days to reply. Glad i bought through paypal and ive escalated to a full refund which hopefully will be easy to sort out thanks to paypal. AVOID this company. Absolute fraud.”

“Avoid Size at all costs! Absolutely shocking service. Paid for a premium 2 day delivery service and the trainers didn't turn up. They arrived a day late and when we opened the package the Adidas box was covered in thick yellow oil which seeped inside and destroyed all the tissue paper. These were a gift! The useless customer service assistant said it was the courier company's fault refusing to take immediate responsibility. I asked for a new box to be be sent out which they said it was not possible & that I had to go to the trouble of returning them through a courier service and then waiting a load more time for a new pair to be sent out. I explained they were already late as they were a birthday gift and that I couldn't afford to wait another 5-7 days. I just needed a new box! They refused to let me speak to a manager which is completely outrageous. I didn't pass their 'callback test' apparently. Which other company refuses to let customers speak to a supervisor or manager? They deserve all the appalling reviews they are getting. I will never buy through Size again. Avoid!”

“I thought I'd take the time to write about my experience of the Size? Raffles to debunk other reviewers claims of it being a scam. I entered for the Nike AF1 Manc edition and luckily I won – they arrived in said time frame, correct size, shoes and box both in immaculate condition. If you don't win, it's easy to assume it's a scam but it really isn't, just don't slate a company over losing. Based on the efficiency of this experience I would definitely use them again to actually purchase shoes.”

“They are selling products that they don't have. I made an order 45 days ago and they still didn't send it. Their customer service answers in 1 week with an automated reply. THEY ARE FRAUD!! Do not buy anything from this site!!!”
