I tried to buy 6 different times items heavily discounted and every single time they cancelled the order. I asked them why and they said that sometimes the stock is not updated as quickly as it should on their webpage. The problem is that the item, which is one size, still in the webpage 6 days later so I assume that it’s just there to attract people. This is an extremely unethical behaviour, please don’t lie.

Paid shoes which weren't delivered. Deliverer has signed with my name (long before Corona) and "forgotten" to deliver the package. Deliverer DPD already has the information that it is not my signature and that I have not received the package. Size? only has to contact DPD for compensation. Only the sender can do that. Answer to my review: I should contact via Facebook. With my Facebook message history to size?, I can write a book They can't help or they don't want to. Unfortunately we cannot help you here Please ask "order.authorizations ***" and they will help you. Sorry for any unpleasantness. Best regards, Size? Customer care team If I contact order.autorizations*** I get the answer that PayPal is my contact person. PayPal can't do anything for me because the package has been shipped. No one of this company is only partially ready or able to hear the facts and search for a solution!!!!! If size? has to wait 5 months for a payment - what happens? In this case the customer has the financial damage, that seems to be no problem for size? - I'm only a customer 🤬 No goods received and payed money for nothing!!!

As per many users before me, I gave this company money in good faith for a product advertised on their website. They cancelled the order. Didn't tell me they had done this. Didn't give me the courtesy of a reason. Haven't given me a refund. Absolutely appalling

Fake Raffles! So why are we seeing pairs of “raffle” trainers on eBay before the raffle has been drawn? Real photos too not fakes. Been in a good few raffles now and nothing but the main thing is the hassle trying to get the money back!

Beware!!!! compleatly cammed me! i have bought from them a few times and was happy, then i returned an item and understood how Disgusting their customer service is! i have bought online for MANY many years ALL the time and have never had this shamfull service by any other company or seller! i returned a BRAND NEW adidas sweatshirt (with ALL tags attached) to them AFTER i had gotten an email from them ( i have proof) telling me i can return the item to them from overseas... . i paid to return the item to their facilty in the uk... after about a week of them recieving my return (and not getting an email stating i was refunded) i contacted them to ask when will i be refunded?... then i got a an email back from them telling me that my return was "refused" because it was recieved after the 30 day time frame ( ithink it was late 5 days or so). AND (listen to this), that it "smells like its been washed" LOL! this is crazy! 1 - how can an item that has all its tags attached to it been washed? 2 - it takes time to deliver an item that was shipped from overseas back to the uk!!!! besides i have gotten an email approving the return!. a company that acts like this to a loyal customer should have no business. things like this would NEVER happen if it was a seller on ebay or another platform that cares about buyers rights. they are a disgrace. i will never ever buy from them again. they act like a company thats tight on cash and needs to scam customers or be very very "strict" with them in order to profit. the washing thing is a flat out LIE them refusing the return because i have been late a few days is simply wrong and disgusting.

Warning FAKE VANS!! I received fake Vans from this retailer. I have owned dozens of pairs over the years and currently own about 25 pairs of Vans so I'm very familiar with authentic Vans. The shoes have uneven stitching that's coming apart in places, also the fabric was much more thin and flimsy than normal. The branded insole had a patch that was glued down over the original insole, which does not have a Van's logo on it. These are 100% fake. I reached out to the sales rep to get a certificate of authenticity, which of course they can't offer. They want me to ship the shoes back at my own cost ($30 to ship back!) so they can validate them. Why don't they validate them before they ship?? All the top retailers do this. I guess I'll be sticking with Goat from now on for all my Vans.... Very disappointed.

Size is the worse company ever. I bought trainer from them 3 months ago, it was not delivered and they clearly accepted that their driver had stolen it. Every time I contact them, they say the case will be escalated. It has been escalated 21 times and no response yet. They are rubbish

I thought I'd take the time to write about my experience of the Size? Raffles to debunk other reviewers claims of it being a scam. I entered for the Nike AF1 Manc edition and luckily I won – they arrived in said time frame, correct size, shoes and box both in immaculate condition. If you don't win, it's easy to assume it's a scam but it really isn't, just don't slate a company over losing. Based on the efficiency of this experience I would definitely use them again to actually purchase shoes.

DO NOT USE SIZE, cancelled order without informing me, had to chase up the order to be told it had been cancelled 10 days before Christmas so very little chance of finding and delivering same item, really poor service.

Won yeezy raffle but unable to fulfill the order! Really disappointed that didn’t get any limited edition for myself (either yeezy nor Nike duck camo). Although I’ve won on Yeezy cinder on Size raffle but due to issue at your end didn’t get it. Only apology but didn’t make up for their system error. Disappointed as a new customer. Stay away from SIZE. Don’t waste your time with raffles! Just go to other company or website.

Ordered shoes, came as different pair in a ripped up box, returned items as they said it would be exchanged for correct ones and they sent me the ones I returned, laughable worst trainer company in UK

Size sent me a pair of worn and dirty shoes, so I asked for a refund. After confirming that they would cover the shipping costs, I sent the product back to Size - it has been over a month, and after endless back and forth with Size, they still have refused to compensate me for the shipping. They say a mysterious "refund team" will contact me, but they have never called the number I provided them, and have given me a phone number to call that is no longer operational. Size is dishonest and does not care about you once they have your money.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Breaking consumer laws. Being dishonest with customers. Awful customer service. App and website don’t work for iOS users. Return policy isn’t adhered to. Quality of goods is dubious. An absolute joke, except you’re not laughing when you lose money. I urge all dissatisfied customers to report this company to Trading Standards.

Same as a few of the other reviews. Won the raffle, they took the money and then they never delivered. They are now saying out of stock (raffle win!) and will refund my money at some point.
