“Size what a f******joke ,why do you do spezials !!!! is it to rip people off!!!! Coz that's how it looks you do a raffle yet 2to 3 days before end they are advertised by your employees at triple the price what a SCAM complained to CEO by personal email so called only to get an email back saying sorry,and basically nothing can or will be done about it as it will spoil our bonus scheme. I think it's time to sell my collection of 30+yes as I can't seem to add to it fairly”

“Absolute Joke . 3 weeks still no delivery . No one can tell me anything about my order , have tried to cancel and they say I can’t as it’s being picked in warehouse. Tex message every morning saying sorry . Don’t use SIZE , waste of time and money”

“Paid £400. Two weeks nothing. Six calls and 12 emails to customer service later and no one can tell me what’s happening with my order. This company is an absolutely joke. Save yourself the hassle. DO NOT SHOP AT SIZE!!”

“Just like many others here Size? have taken my money and 2 weeks later show no sign of processing my order at all. Multiple emails including one to their CEO and no one can give me an indication of when I will receive my order.”

“Same problem as most people as far as I can see... Ordered 3 things, paid for them, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so I called the company. First talked to Izabella who was lovely but did promise she'd sort everything out, she said there had been a mistake in the warehouse. Got an email a week after that saying my order was cancelled. They texted every day saying they were working hard on my order, f***ing annoying really, I have about 20 texts but they still cancelled. I talked to customer service but they were happy with giving me a refund, safe to say I wasn't. F**k this company!”

“What a suprise ! Size? Another raffle for Adidas Havana. Raffle ends on 15th October. Already 20 pairs on eBay ( in hand ) . No doubt staff members again making a killing . Size? Raffles , biggest scam going .”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order on 21/09/2020 which was expected to arrive on 28/09/20. I have still not received this order and it’s pretty much 06/10/20. I have sent numerous emails and nobody is able to commit to when my order will arrive nor can they offer me a refund. I contacted Size via phone call earlier tonight and the assistant sounded very helpful and stated that it was likely I would get a refund only to then receive an email stating this was not possible. I have not received the goods and am due £207. I am now in a limbo with the order apparently being stuck at the warehouse and needing my money back which isn’t looking likely in the near future. Highly recommend to stay clear of this company. I have ordered several times previously with no issues I have no intentions to order from this company ever again due to the terrible service received.”

“My wife ordered a pair of trainers for my birthday. Given a tracking number but they never arrived. Spoke to customer services who told me they were never sent and a pair would sent out right away. Nothing came. Contacted again and said there was a delay in the warehouse but they would be sent out the following day. Again nothing arrived. Contact customer services who informed me that they were now out of stock and the best they could offer me was a 10% discount on something else. Awful service and I would advise to avoid at all costs”

“Entered the Launch raffle for adidas Shanghais, received an email to say I was successful. Money was taken out my account, 4 days later the order was cancelled by size? Said they were unable to fulfil. As the email below states totally shambolic system. Untrustworthy.”

“Size? Raffles are shambolic and nothing but A scam .below is a email I sent to customer services : Just wanted to say your raffle procedure for promotional products is an absolute joke . Your Adidas Shanghai release , was launching on 10th sept . At lunchtime on 9th September there was 52 pairs of these trainers on eBay . These sales were not backed up by generic pictures on eBay . These were taken in people’s homes , kitchens etc . In hand . So I can only presume it’s members of your staff who get advance pairs of trainers which they then immediately put up on eBay . This is very unfortunate, I understand it is supply and demand and totally not your fault or problem if people choose to sell products on eBay . But it does make a complete mockery of your so called raffle system and ‘’ release date ‘’ . I also contacted 3 sellers on eBay to ask if they actually had the trainers on Wednesday dinner . One lived close to me and said I could collect from his home within the hour . Obviously I didn’t get a response from Size? But seems a vast number of these limited trainers that go up for auction are not actually available and my guess is that’s why so many people later have orders cancelled without explanation. Because the pairs where never available at close of raffle . Terrible system. Terrible customer services.”

“Absolute joke. Ordered my shoes in store, quoted 3-5 days, no email notification or tracking info shared. Enquired with customer service. Told I had to trek back into central London to request a refund and then order again. Huge inconvenience to do so. Size's mistake, therefore Size's to rectify Now not replying to my emails and ignoring me. Absolutely poor service for a loyal & regular customer. I've been pretty patient and understanding. Money missing from my account. Just send me the shoes please.”

“i can see so many bad reviews here but honestly i can say mine , i ordered a pair of women shoes air vapormax 2020fk on 23 august 00:20 ,in London , and today at 13:00 Hermes delivered to me and they look stuning and they were really nice packed ! i cannot say anything but congratulations Size? and do the same for the rest , please!”

“Appalling. I have no shoes three weeks after ordering, and have been told a week after requesting a refund (after two calls affirming that my order was on it's way) that I am to wait a further week for the refund to be processed, then another three days for it to arrive in my bank. A joke, really. A month later no shoes, no refund, fifty quid down, no compensation. Customer service friendly and helpful but problem not resolved sadly.”

“Zero and rude customer service I WILL NEVER USE SIZE UK AGAIN, they canceled my order and never told me until i contacted them and customer services They were extremely Rud. they claim that item was out of stock But when i place the order was in stock .”

“Size cancelled an order I placed 17/07/20 without any notification, they fail to respond to emails and twitter help etc, on finally getting through on phone fobbed off saying refund on its way, still waiting 20/08/2020, avoid like the plague”

“So I ordered an item online, they said they received my payment and we’re getting it ready to dispatch. About 3-4 days later they sent me an email saying your order is cancelled and that they would refund me. They gave no reason as to why it was cancelled, very annoyed by this.”
