Awful do not use this company sent me dirty £115 trainers with security tags on told me to take to shop miles arm way and then get in touch for compensation then lied and said you should have asked them in the shop absolutely disgusting also messaging me on fb at 6 in the morning about it

Paid shoes which weren't delivered. Deliverer has signed with my name (long before Corona) and "forgotten" to deliver the package. Deliverer DPD already has the information that it is not my signature and that I have not received the package. Size? only has to contact DPD for compensation. Only the sender can do that. Answer to my review: I should contact via Facebook. With my Facebook message history to size?, I can write a book They can't help or they don't want to. Unfortunately we cannot help you here Please ask "order.authorizations ***" and they will help you. Sorry for any unpleasantness. Best regards, Size? Customer care team If I contact order.autorizations*** I get the answer that PayPal is my contact person. PayPal can't do anything for me because the package has been shipped. No one of this company is only partially ready or able to hear the facts and search for a solution!!!!! If size? has to wait 5 months for a payment - what happens? In this case the customer has the financial damage, that seems to be no problem for size? - I'm only a customer 🤬 No goods received and payed money for nothing!!!

Terrible!! EVERY TIME I have ordered something, there has been a problem. They also say they don’t take your money if you don’t win raffles, that is a LIE they do!! And it took me almost 2 WEEKS to get my money back from a simple raffle!! They say that they will contact you if something goes wrong with your order. THEY NEVER DO. They are veryyyy quick to take and keep your money but you have a 5% chance of even seeing that item and you literally have to chase them to get your money back. Would NOT recommend in the slightest.

One of the worst experiences i have had. I have been contacting the customer services now for 4 weeks and not a single response. I sent items back and only got a partial refund?? why, we still don't know, no one wants to call or message me. If they think this is the last of it, they are in for a wee shock. For all you out there, just look elsewhere, service is everything, if we lose that, what do we have?

Don't bother ordering anything online with size as they prompt you with emails for items they don't have, highly unprofessional company. I always have chase up my order with them, experienced this a few times with them. Don't waste your money with this company or anybody associated with the JD sports group.

Entered the raffle, took an L and 1 week 2 dyas passed they haven't reversed my payment yet. Was trying to reach their customer service but no response to any of my email. I don't recommend the size? guys if you planning coz their customer service is really really bad. Still I'm shooting stones wondering if I could still get my money back.

Ordered a berghaus jacket five times each time I was told a week later the order had been cancelled. Trying to deal with customer service was a let down, hard to get through once in contact with them they failed to answer my questions.

Size made me so happy delivery only took few days to come was well informed of dispatch details TIL the update when it was delivered trainers came well wrapped in Nike box etc tissue paper wrapped. Fantastic trainers and praise the company size?

Ordered some trainers on special off and were showing as with Hermes but after 17 days of no delivery I contacted Size to be told the goods must be lost and they were completely out of stock so they would have to refund my money. That would have been perfectly acceptable if I had not then gone onto their website and found the same trainers available but at £15 more than I paid. They are clearly more bothered about profit than customer service and for that reason I will NEVER buy from them or JD Sports ever again.

I ordered a pair a shoes over a week ago and after they sent an email that it has been despatched, they told me that there was a delay and the tracking stopped for a week! I tried to email them a few times and they emailed back saying there's nothing they can do until I called them and they told me that my parcel has been lost and I am now waiting for a refund

After entering the Size? Launches raffle for the Nike Air Max ‘95 “20 for 20” I was surprised to receive an email confirming my win. This was great news as it was also my birthday. After waiting a week for my order to ship I received an email confirming my order had been cancelled by Size? presumably because they either do not know how much stock they have or they have the shoe I won away via the back-door system. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will not be wasting my time or money with them again. Unfortunately I am not able to award Size? zero stars as that is what I would have given. It seems that Size? often sends out confirmation emails and then cancels orders by reading other reviews.

Won yeezy raffle but unable to fulfill the order! Really disappointed that didn’t get any limited edition for myself (either yeezy nor Nike duck camo). Although I’ve won on Yeezy cinder on Size raffle but due to issue at your end didn’t get it. Only apology but didn’t make up for their system error. Disappointed as a new customer. Stay away from SIZE. Don’t waste your time with raffles! Just go to other company or website.

Ordered shoes, came as different pair in a ripped up box, returned items as they said it would be exchanged for correct ones and they sent me the ones I returned, laughable worst trainer company in UK

Size sent me a pair of worn and dirty shoes, so I asked for a refund. After confirming that they would cover the shipping costs, I sent the product back to Size - it has been over a month, and after endless back and forth with Size, they still have refused to compensate me for the shipping. They say a mysterious "refund team" will contact me, but they have never called the number I provided them, and have given me a phone number to call that is no longer operational. Size is dishonest and does not care about you once they have your money.

Horrorful customer care!! Horrorful customer care!!! I ordered a pair of shoes. The parcel is lost! I wrote several E-Mail but no answer for 2 weeks. The driver of DPD has signed for the delivery with my name, but no parcel was delivered. DPD excuses for that and told me that size? has to contact DPD for compensation. I have opened a Paypal case because of no reaction on my E-Mails to customer care. Paypal closes the case because size? could present a delivery proof. I wrote size? several times that the signature is not my signature and I haven't received the parcel. The only little thing that size? has to do is contacting DPD for compensation, but the only answer I get is that I have to contact PayPal and they can't do something else for me. For me a loss of 100,- GBP, a lot of money for a student!

Size?! You have the worst customers service rude and unhelpful never will I buy again if anyone is buying limited edition trainers I wouldn't buy them from size?! Very unreliable
