“AVOID THIS COMPANY! I received my order 3 days ago only to discover they sent the wrong item and have yet to take responsibility. I contacted customer service through facebook and unfortunately the solutions to an error not my own have been unsatisfactory, unengaged and repetitious to say the least. Her suggestions were to 1) offer absolutely no solution nor genuine recompense to actually replacing the product I paid for other than say to check online (rather than do it herself), of which I have and there are none left (the conversation abruptly ended on that topic upon been notified of the fact. It's as if they were selling stock they didn't have in the first place) 2) furthermore, have the pleasure of paying for an internet cafe to print the return (not that it's costly but an infuriating option on principle considering their delivery company failed to deliver and had me run across town to pick up what turned out to be a wrong order in the first place), or alternatively, it seemed reasonable to her for me to drop them off in person to their store on the other side of the country 3) call an international number at my expense to speak to customer service (I thought she is customer service??). I have since spoken to another agent, who like the first, have both ignored the development of our conversation by repeating non-solutions, plus failed/refused to connect me to management despite numerous requests. To add insult to injury, they threaten my refund and/or replacement if the shoes aren't returned in 14 days. Absolutely avoid, there are far better companies offering similar deals that you can actually trust.”

“AVOID!!! don't waste your time . ordered 3x lots of trainers Separate orders . only to get a email after 4 days saying sorry your order can't be fulfilled..quick to take your money but not to refund.”

“Won raffle, waited 2 weeks for shoes to ship, but never shipped. Contacted size and they said payment did not go through, not only did my payment go through they charged me twice. Customer service will not reply to any of my emails. I am out $500 and never received shoes. This is the worst company ever. I will never buy anything from Size or JD sports.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers for after 3 months to get an email saying it was ready to collect. When I got to the place my order wasn’t there according to JD. Been on the phone to customer service for over 2 hours of waiting without no one picking up. Disgusting”

“Disgusting customer service! Order not dispatched after 2 weeks so emailed several times to cancel with no reply. Opened PayPal dispute after another week which also had no response. They then sent the items 3 weeks after ordering with one item missing which they said they would refund. No refund received after 10 days. Emailed again with no response so I phoned and was told they wouldn't refund unless I closed the PayPal dispute for the missing item. I refused as I don't trust them and I have now escalated to a claim for the value of the missing item. I have shopped with Size for years but never again, I will buy my trainers elsewhere.”

“The past 3 times I've tried to buy trainers from size they confirm it and about a week later with o explanation as to why they cancel your order and take an additional 5 days to send money back , complete waste of time”

“I ordered some trainers in November and decided not to go ahead with them. so cancelled the order. I am waiting for a refund 6 weeks later. They are truly awful.”

“I don't want to give any stars but this is not possible. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes , took too long to pick and despatch so I was sending emails, being told they were very busy. then they sent an email cancelling my order, even though both pairs of shoes were still available on their website (and they still are 1 month later). I actually lost money with the refund because of the exchange rate to Aus$. Don't order from this company”

“Cancelled my order without explanation, refund in 5 days!! Terrible service and somewhere that I’ll never shop from again. Have been a loyal customer going back nearly 20 years when they were a funky shop in Covent Garden, but that’s the last time I use them. Pathetic!!”

“Same as most people. Promised things I ordered over a week ago. Advised by text it’s on it’s way. Then get an email to say my order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service. Used them twice now and the same thing has happened.”
