“Placed an order on the 1st of 2 items on the 9th I was told it was dispatched and then another email sent 1 of my items wasn’t in stock so that was refunded and then I was told my other item would be with me soon it’s the 22nd today and yet my order was not delivered and I rang up customer service to be told it was ‘lost’ and had to get that refunded too. Pathetic service. Never shopping with size again. I also sent an email which was never responded to.”

“3 Separate orders of trainers, money taken, wait a week for dispatch, told dispatched, items don’t turn up, then you have to contact credit card company for refund. Awful service, awful customer service Will never use again! JD Sports own size ..... AWFUL!”

“Ordered a pair of trainers on the 9th of December. It took them 5 days to actually dispatch them. And we are now on the 18th of December and still no sign of them. By the time they actually arrive my sons feet would have grown another size! And I think the delivery man must be on a pushbike for it to take so long. Ordered stuff from footlocker the same day and they arrived back 2 days later. Never again! Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering with this sham of a company!”

“they'll take ur money and then no send the item. twice ive won a hyped shoe release and both times they've not sent the item stating its out of stock or lost in transit....its all total bs. you never win in the first place... they take payment first most likely to gain interest on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS they'll just waste your time. customer services is another joke itself”

“Fraudulent Email 1, Congratulations! You have won in the raffle. Email 2, your order is confirmed. Email 3, sorry your order has been cancelled. All over all the adidas pages peoples orders cancelled. How can you run a raffle and not know how many winners to send emails too? Been going on years. Banking money and taking the interest. Rip off.”

“I really like Size store. Online is a different thing. I ordered a pair of trainers in the past advised 2-3 working days in reality they took 10. As I wasn’t in a rush to receive them I allowed it. Coming back to buy something else and the same thing happened again... Size need to fix up”

“As like many people here size did the same thing with me. Ordered some sneakers took money out of my account 5 days later emails me saying they are out of stock. On top of that got wait 48 hours for money to be refunded. Would not recommend.”

“Do not order from this company!! you will be seriously messed about! you have been warned. Customer service are a joke and will always tell you that you can't speak to a manager. They take your money and don't deliver and then make you chase them for your money back!”

“Order placed, £130 withdrawn from my account then 5 days later get an email saying your order has been cancelled and I have to wait 48hours for the funds to return to my account. How can they accept orders, take people’s money, hold onto someone else’s money, and just send an email days later saying order cancelled? Used many shoe companies/ retails companies online and this is the first time this has ever happened. Shocking service and I would not recommend using them.”

“I would rate size a 3, not a bad website, I have ordered from them before, however I was upset when I ordered an Adidas sst tracksuit top to come on time for an event I was going to. The day before the event, size had emailed me and said when the workers came to pick up my order it was not there, I was very angry at the time and now I would just like to warn people that are ordering from size.”

“Absolute waste of time, 5 orders cancelled !! They discount items that don't exist, take your money and refund 10 or so days later. They should be investigated by trading standards”

“Awful experience, ordered two pairs of limited edition stranger things tailwinds OG. One pair for me and another pair for my nephews 18th birthday. They took my money but only sent out one pair. Didn’t contact me at all to notify me of this problem and the trainers sold out in minutes so they cannot send another pair out. Low level customer service they offered me a £10 gift card for the inconvenience. Avoid at all costs”

“Ordered a pair of shoes and had a confirmation email then a few days later had another email saying my order had been cancelled. This is something I've never experienced before, bizzare website I shall stay away in future. The slow delivery times alone should have put me off in the first place.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes THREE weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. E-mailed support almost a week ago and still haven't heard a thing about where on earth my shoes are or when I can expect to see them. And these were the same price as JD sports! No point in ordering from these guys.”

“Paid for next day delivery only to get an email after contacting size on twitter as to where is my order since Hermes did not receive it, stating my order has been cancelled due to fraud or being unable to collect payment or being unable to confirm address?? Payment came out immediately, I have ordered 5 times in the last two years from the same address and they Never contacted me about my order or responded to my emails or twitter request for order info. Size is DEAD TO ME.”

“Be careful when ordering from their site, if their discount seems to good to be true it probably is. Took for me to contact them for them to tell me a week after placing my order that it had been cancelled due it being “out of stock” at the time of purchase yet they were still able to take the money for it.”
