“Received my Napoli trainer's in a superstar box”

“Received a pair of trainers that were far smaller than described. Having returned them with a postal address they sent me (Hermes), they are telling me the tracking reference I have given them doesn’t match. I have now opened up a PayPal case to get my £105 refund. Atrocious service and Hermes are equally atrocious. Won’t ever use either again.”

“False advertising at its finest! Constantly advertising products they do not have in stock through Facebook and Instagram. Wasted my time twice with Size. Both times they were advertising products they did not have. If you don’t have it don’t advertise it. Such a waste of my time and have to wait 3-5 days for the money to return to me now.”

“Size is the worse company ever. I bought trainer from them 3 months ago, it was not delivered and they clearly accepted that their driver had stolen it. Every time I contact them, they say the case will be escalated. It has been escalated 21 times and no response yet. They are rubbish”

“I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, the store advise they can do nothing in house and i must contact customer service, customer service requested proof of return of the goods, which I did they then emailed to say I must go back to the store for a refund, in the meantime, still no refund!!! or explination of why I have been misadvised by all staff members.”

“Only good thing about Size is the adidas exclusives that they get, if they didn’t have them I doubt I’d bother shopping there at all and there hipster staff keep me from setting foot in the place at the best of times.”

“Received returns that hadn't been inspected. Box literally came open and the shoes hanging out. No wrapping and no space hippie bag that was supposed to be included. I've never been so annoyed by a shoe delivery. Will never buy from there again. There used to be a store in Newcastle that closed down, wonder why, from reviews it looks like they can't even handle an online shop. Good riddance and I look forward to your administration. Not even gonna bother returning the shoes based on other reviews.”

“Ordered socks and a pair of trainers. As soon as I placed the order, it’s says in the description it’s only 3 individual socks not 3 pairs. Emailed customer service to cancel the socks order. They emailed me back assuring that I will get 3 pairs not 3 individual socks. After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!!!! Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me. And will they apply 10% on future purchase!!! Are you being serious!!!! I will never ever shop with you again. Such a poor customer service. Avoid.”

“Bought some trainers that they say they have in stock be clearly dont. 4 weeks later and im still being tolf they are waiting to be picked off the shelf! Useless customer service as well. Days to reply. Glad i bought through paypal and ive escalated to a full refund which hopefully will be easy to sort out thanks to paypal. AVOID this company. Absolute fraud.”

“Avoid Size at all costs! Absolutely shocking service. Paid for a premium 2 day delivery service and the trainers didn't turn up. They arrived a day late and when we opened the package the Adidas box was covered in thick yellow oil which seeped inside and destroyed all the tissue paper. These were a gift! The useless customer service assistant said it was the courier company's fault refusing to take immediate responsibility. I asked for a new box to be be sent out which they said it was not possible & that I had to go to the trouble of returning them through a courier service and then waiting a load more time for a new pair to be sent out. I explained they were already late as they were a birthday gift and that I couldn't afford to wait another 5-7 days. I just needed a new box! They refused to let me speak to a manager which is completely outrageous. I didn't pass their 'callback test' apparently. Which other company refuses to let customers speak to a supervisor or manager? They deserve all the appalling reviews they are getting. I will never buy through Size again. Avoid!”

“They are selling products that they don't have. I made an order 45 days ago and they still didn't send it. Their customer service answers in 1 week with an automated reply. THEY ARE FRAUD!! Do not buy anything from this site!!!”

“Size? UK took my money before Christmas, now we're on early Feb. It's been 2 months and the order still hasn't been shipped yet. Pure robbery. They don't provide any emails or Phone numbers, any queries are to be made via Twitter, they make it so difficult to contact them, and that's by design.”

“I tried to buy 6 different times items heavily discounted and every single time they cancelled the order. I asked them why and they said that sometimes the stock is not updated as quickly as it should on their webpage. The problem is that the item, which is one size, still in the webpage 6 days later so I assume that it’s just there to attract people. This is an extremely unethical behaviour, please don’t lie.”

“Customer service is pure ass & they won’t ship my girlfriend’s Christmas present that I purchased a month an a half ago. I contacted customer service and still haven’t gotten any response, so they’re basically either lying about when it would be delivered, or robbing me.”

“Unlike other customers I hadn't even ordered anything from this company but found that two amounts of £85 had come out of my Paypal account. I was able to trace the orders to size.co.uk. I phoned them to ask what I was supposed to have ordered and they said two pairs of trainers, the delivery address was not mine but they could not reveal the address they were to be delivered to.......data protection! This was 10 days before the apparent delivery date. They assured us the items would not be delivered and told us to inform their "fraud" team and Paypal, which we did. On the email from Paypal it said the items were being delivered to us! Weird! We now find the trainers were delivered to someone and I have paid for the pleasure, apparently Size.co.uk were unable to contact the courier in time. It seems that Data protection protects the fraudster and not the innocent party. Something underhand is going on here and Paypal are investigating at their end.....meanwhile I am £170 OUT OF POCKET.”

“Ordered a pair of adidas shoes for £100. Received a confirmation email but no shipping email. 3 days later and still no shipping email, so I tracked the order and it shows that it has been cancelled. No emails nothing. Still held on my money for a further 3 days after cancelling my order. Will get your hopes up to a pair of shoes, hold your money for a while and then nothing.”
