“Took my money never sent my order. It’s been two months. No response no reply no product. They are thefts. Scam artists. Don’t buy from this website.”

“They are advertising products they do not have and taking peoples money borrowing it for a couple of weeks then paying them back, its a scam they have going pit items on sale they clearly do not have( i know a buyer from jd sports) he knew no one had these trainerswhen i placed the order and guarenteed me i would not get them, size is part of jd if he knew this why are size still taking customers money, never even recieved a email or anything to apoligise or to tell me my order was cancelled nothing at all until i chased them up today 10 days after order somebody really needs to look into this as they should just use banks and pay interest if they need to borrow the money!”

“All the poor reviews are sadly correct. Ordered trousers that turned up drenched in a soaking wet box. Originally I was offered an e gift card, suddenly that was retracted, (check your call content size, I’m sure you record them) After receiving pics that I and the courier took, they wanted confirmation pics of the trousers before the compensation they originally offered, could be given. Not sure how you capture a now dry pair of damp smelling trousers in a pic. Keep your £12.50, il shop elsewhere. Typical JD service, take your money, and don’t care when it goes wrong. My advice, buy direct from the brand.”

“BUYERS BEWARE False expectations on delivery date if at all the package is delivered. My friend and I have both had issues and reading these reviews so have most others. It wouldn’t surprise my if there going in to administration soon. They still have the cheek to send my email promotions, WOW! END clothing is the future.”

“Size? printed and sent items to an incorrect address. After consulting the person at this delivery address they didn't even receive the parcel! Size? state that these items did in fact get delivered to said person (which is extraordinary) so won't deliver the items to me! A representative has advised me to make a civil claim.”

“DREADFUL customer service. Order made over a week ago and still no sign of it having been shipped. Twitter customer services for Size? say 'soon' but can't say 'when'. It's not what you expect from an online retailer that wants to stay in business.”

“Terrible company finally won a raffle then 3 days later just before New year's day i get an email saying my orders been cancelled because there's not enough stock cant you do simple maths if I won the raffle then I won basically you lied about the stock you had and you could of least waited till after New years awful customer service employees I called size 4 times and they just kept hanging up on me I would give them no stars so I have now declined the discount code offered to me as I will never buy anything for size again I now have to wait ages for my money back even though you've had hold of it for weeks already absolutely joke of a company can't even keep to the promise of a raffle so basically doesn't matter if you win they will probably cancel it anyway considering jd sports own size I would expect a better experience and reading other reviews people have had the same Terrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM SIZE MIGHT ASWELL BEND OVER AND TAKE A GOOD F*****G”

“Customer service is awful. No email, only a number for UK residents. I ordered shoes, they arrived and didnt look like the picture so I went to return them..... only to find they never sent me any docket in the parcel. Went online to try find a way to print a returns label and it says my order number is a number short. Stay away from their online store. Useless!”

“Placed an order at the beginning of December, Christmas present for a family member. I still hadn’t received my order on 22nd December so have them a call to query where my item was and they had told me they cancelled my order on 19th December. I didn’t receive an email or any contact about them cancelling my order and I am still waiting on my full refund. A Christmas present ruined for a family member.”

“I made an order on the 10th of December. Today it is the 21st of December and it still hasn’t left the warehouse yet. They’re website help service is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, letting you only choose 3 options to ask about (even having a fake typing box that you can’t write in). I looked at their Twitter page which is their only other form of help and their messages aren’t even open for the public so I can’t message them. Worst online service I’ve ever experienced and I can’t even gift my brother his Christmas present in time.”

“I have been a long time customer of Size?'s Glasgow store, but have been let down big time by the online arm of the business. I placed an order on the 28/11, after two weeks I messaged them to ask about it. I was given a generic reply which had no relevance to my actual order. A week or so later I got in contact again, where I was told my order would arrive before Christmas. Woke up this morning and my order has been canclled. Absolutely shocking customer service. Needless to say Ive went elsewhere.”

“The fraudulent Launches Raffle and the Insta Raffle were the last straw for me, the exact same insta winners everytime (I can even upload proof of the same winners thanking thier local size for every release) this company needs their exclusivity to Adidas ripped away. They give adidas a bad name. Corrupt.”

“Disgraceful from size waited over two weeks for my clothes sent emails asking where it was but nothing back had to call first time got through to someone they just stayed silent and then just hung on me then second time got through to someone but all they could say it’s out of stock no apologies or and type of compensation. They sent me one item of clothing but wasnt even what I had ordered. Did buy from size before but this is the last I ever do that absolutely shocking experience. Would give zero stars if i could”

“Sono un cliente da anni di Size? Avendo sempre comprando online e in store, a Milano e Londra, sempre ottimale, ma nel ultimo anno davvero non so cosa sta succedendo Da Ottobre avrò’ comprato 5 scarpe, e lo giuro su Dio neanche una e’ arrivata, c’è’ la disponibilità le compri, ti tolgono i soldi ti danno la conferma, e poi il nulla, per settimane non saprai se avrai le tue scarpe o no...poi sempre dal nulla ti verrà effettuato un rimborso dove ti verrà detto che la tua scarpa e’ fuori stock, quando in primo luogo era disponibile e accettato, io non so chi lavora e chi gestisce il sito o magazzino ma lo stanno facendo male, ed e’ un peccato perché hanno sempre avuto esclusive molto buone! Ma ora sono calati di brutto! Come fa un sito così importante ad non avere un numero per il customer service? Una stella e’ anche troppo per Size? In questo momento! Non avrai mai detto che un giorno mi sarei messo a scrivere una recensione negativa su qualcuno, ma Size? La merita veramente! Buona giornata e spero che non passiate la mia stessa situazione perché davvero non e’ bello!!!”

“I would really like to know what you have to do to win a pair of Adidas originals city series trainers constantly enter different raffles yet never win. They tell you only one household member can apply yet you go on eBay & the same person are listing 2 or 3 pairs in different sizes seriously this has got to be fixed”
