“Really good customer service. My package was late and that blame belongs to ontrac delivery. What really impressed me was that upon contacting them, they offered to cancel the order. They could not have been kinder in their correspondence.”

“Working with Raj, Sadi, Vanessa & John, at Staples on Keele Street in the Junction, was a delight. They are professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient. Everything I needed copied, laminated & made turned out better then I hoped!”

“Stormy at the Heath location in Ohio went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I had my two kids with me, she gave them paper and crayons so they could color,which kept them entertained while I was working on sending papers, that needed printed. Best service I have received at the Heath store!”

“Just received my Gloria Jean Butter Toffee Coffee my favorite I couldn't believe the price when I saw it for 24 K-Cups no one sells it at a better price free shipping and handling and delivered in 2 days that makes my Christmas this is the fourth or fifth time I've ordered from Staples I feel they're better than Amazon I don't have someone just leave a package outside my gate the delivery guy was about to ring my doorbell to let me know deluvery in my patio but I had just stepped outside + with him distancing himself and having a mask on he politely said Thank You Ma'am have good day I responded thank you and told him to stay safe Such good service Ive already ordered another Coffee Not K cups + can't beat price on that and be either and with Free S+H this one part of Xmas gift for other person Happy with Staples + customer service + on line purchases and go getter delivery people 👍 Thanks”

“Went to Staples in Silver Spring, MD. Michael asked me right away if he could help me and I said I was looking for a printer. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to narrow my search quickly, purchased my printer, and he brought it out to my car. Michael provided outstanding service and this is now my "go to" store for all my office needs.”

“As a novice, I needed help with printing and even with copying one small page. The man behind the customer desk came over and stepped me through the process, patiently explaining each step. Another time, I was there when a line had formed for the copying/printing section. I thought of coming back later but then realized the floor manager had us moving so quickly through that the wait was minimal: I was in and out much more quickly than I'd imagined.”

“I went to my local Staples in Oshawa to purchase a gift for my mother. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even went through the effort of double-checking to make sure I was getting the best possible deal for my dollar. 10/10 would recommend.”
