“ We had a wonderful experience buying our concert tickets this way. When we got there, I could not pull up my tickets (something with my phone service probably). When we were directed to the ticket counter, by using my driver's license they were able to print them out quickly. I will definitely reserve my tickets this way from now on. Thank you ”
