I ordered our tickets, when I went to the link to download it didn't work. I immediately called the Stubhub team. They checked into the tickets and found they were not a reputable seller. They then upgraded our tickets for no extra fee!! I was very impressed with the service! Thank you! My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Noah Kahan show in DC with great seats!
