"Delivery arrived completely melted. Customer services replied promptly and politely, sending out a replacement with a different courier, which arrived 2 days later. Good service. Shame about the wasted chocolate in the first order."

The new chocolate covered toffee is not nice at all, the chocolate doesn't taste like it was on the on the chocolate toffee balls they used to make and the toffee was not as buttery unfortunately not be buying again
”
