My wife was so upset today after being treated like a criminal at your TK Maxx Maidstone store. My wife bought a Radley bag yesterday £70 and the next day found one of the clips securing the handle was missing. Returned it to store the following day with a receipt only to be accused of losing or breaking it, my wife asked to speak to a manager only to be told she was a manager, the store finally agreed to refund the money for the faulty bag you sold her and the manager said I hope you sleep well at night. How dare your store speak to my wife like that we will never set foot in your store again. Shame on you TK Maxx if that’s how you train your managers and the customer service you provide.

They use Worst uk courier .. they are not professional first experience they delivered my order to wrong address... second experience they gave me Two hours time slot 5 to 7pm at 7:15 i received email saying they rescheduled delivery from 7 to 9 pm means i had to cancel my Saturday evening plans and wait for them.. i eneded up waiting at home for nothing as they didnt show up i had to call sender on monday and cancel my order .. make sure dont make an order if its hemes if you wanna save your self a stress. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TK MAXX (UK)... I should have known better, after buying two pairs of shoes on-line in July (for delivery to store) and waiting two weeks for them to arrive! This time I ordered Xmas presents and having witnessed great customer service from other on-line retailers (Amazon, John Lewis, Currys etc), thought my previous debacle with TK Maxx, was a flash in the pan. How wrong I was! Having clicked for free (5 day) delivery, I'm sat here after 5 days, with my order still showing as 'in progress'. Don't bother using their on-line 'contact us' form, as they don't reply! I've even emailed Customer Services, following advice from TK Maxx (Nessa) on this forum, receiving an automated email, saying it usually takes them 3 days to reply!!! If I was sat on the Board of TK Maxx, I'd hang my head in shame and dismiss myself. Then call for the sacking of the entire Management team. They are a prime example of a business blinkered on raising its share price and pleasing institutions through growth, whilst neglecting back-office and customer services. What a woeful excuse for a retailer, whose on-line experience, customer service and fulfilment, falls well well behind its compatriots (who incidentally are growing at a faster rate). Step back in to the dark ages at your peril!

I've now been waiting 3 weeks for my package to arrive. They use Hermes as a courier which is a sign that they put profits above customer service. Hermes have gone silent. TK Maxx won't issue a replacement product. I'm about to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.

I wouldn't even give them a star for the delivery. I ordered on the 30th of November with standard delivery and on the 6th of December no delivery.. And on the website it said 3 to 5 working days. Which have passed already.. No emails saying that my delivery has been delayed or anything.. The most annoying thing is that I need the items within the next days as I'm going abroad and they are Christmas presents. Spoke with customer service after one hour of waiting on the phone and guess what?? They can't do anything.. Its out of their control and my parcel will arrive whenever.. I can't pay extra to gave it delivered in time, I can't have it delivered in store in time.. Useless.. Its a bit disappointing to wait an hour on the phone for someone to answer and then what?? They are completely useless and can't do anything.. Do you actually help your customers whan needed?? I guess not.. You don't give a... About your customers that's how a felt and the worse bit is that I work for this company and its shameful.. Don't order online for tkmaxx as you never know if your order will ever arrive

Purchased a handbag in Clearance (TK Maxx, Solihull), clearly marked £20 with red sticker. Paid for items and left store. When I arrived home, I saw from the receipt I was charged £27.00, and that cashier too it upon herself to remove Clearance tag. Having contacted Customer Services, they instructed me to return to store for them to check price. I returned to store asking that they check CCTV footage. Within 10mins Manager returned said they were unable to see clearly as camera(s) were too far away (what load of rubbish) and that the correct price was charged. When challenged about the Clearance tag been removed from only that one item, she was dissmisve of the fact that the item was tagged as a Clearance item by mistake. I WOULD URGE ANYONE PURCHASING ITEMS IN TK MAXX TO CHECK THE FOLLOWING: 1) ITEMS ARE BEING SCANNED AT THE PRICE TAGGED; 2) THE CASHIER DOES NOT REMOVE TAG SHOWING PRICE DISPLAYED.

Visited the TKMaxx at Lakeside today. Hilary who was on the changing room entrance was so lovely. Personable and really made our visit memorable. She was so friendly.

Terrible service. Online order. I never received my items. Twice I called customer service the first time I called Tilly said she’ll look into it and get back to me. Never received any updates. I emailed as well still no reply. I called up again for an update just to be told my stuff is lost 😡 Unbelievable…I’m not ordering anything from them anymore.

The clothing in TKMaxx is usually quite good quality. However, the delivery experience is very poor. Firstly, you have to pay for your items to be delivered (shops usually do free delivery on items of over £50, but not TKMaxx), then you wait for your items to be delivered for a whole week. Secondly, if you want to return your items, no labels are provided. You have to physically get the return address typed up and printed, go to the post office (not great during the COVID-19 outbreak) and pay for your items to be posted back, in your own packaging. I personally paid £9, which made my delivery expense around £15 (there and back plus the packaging) in total, which is a lot. I wish TKMaxx could be more considerate and follow the examples of the other retailers by doing free delivery and returns, with pre-printed labels. This would leave a much better impression.

tk maxx use worst UK courier. driver couldn't find my address( how ever I belive they didn't try to find) I orderd on 10th of may on 15th they said couldn't find the address( on the main rd) after 4 times call to tk maxx customer service. on 29th they sent email we will refund your money in 10 working days.!!!!! how do you feel if that happen to you. mr/ms manager?

Went to buy a jacket on the 6th may there was 5 of the same jackets on the end rail saying new balance 24.99 but when I went to pAy the women became very rude and snotty when I questioned her over the price then got her colleague to have a look who said the jackets have been placed wrong by a member of staff and the price is 39.99 , again becoming rude and sharp said there's nothing we can do To me this is a staff error items of clothing are just been put out anywhere and not priced correctly, I felt very intimated and like I was a child when spoken to. Online shopping is terrible!! Wrong items arrived. Slung into the packaging. Bags all split and half open. Wrong sizes sent and no care taken at all, items all thrown in with no care. No response from customer services. Disgusting. Avoid!!!!

I ordered something to be collected from TKMAXX TAUNTON. I was ill and missed the deadline for collection. When I asked how to get my giftcard refunded I was told someone had collected it using a driving licence. I don't drive and don't have a licence. It was not collected by me or anyone I know. The person dealing with me, Erin, has refused to show me the signature. There is fraud and theft going on here. I will be reporting this to the Police.

The Wathamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable! Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces . The store is badly arranged ! Iv seen better setups in charity shops.

It was my wife’s birthday i have ordered 12 different items. It said in the website it should arrive in 5 days. 5 th day didn’t arrive.6th i have contacted them didn’t arrive evri by the way wortd delivery company you can’t contact them .day 7 I contacted tkmaxx custemer service again they said sorry just wait. My wife birthday passed . I was checking the parcel every day day 12-13 goes on same story. At the end day refunded me which is i lost 14 days plus up to 14 days to get my money back. Ruined the birthday for me. I hope you dont do the same mistake. Sorry they offered me 10£ gift card for it all. I said keep it and spend it to customer service

Absolute joke! Tk Maxx has been my go to for few years, until the recent expereince. I have found the shoes online for £37.99 and went to store to try them. By some miracle, they had them in store however price was £44.99. I came to the till to see if they will match the price. How wrong was I??The woman looked at me as I am absolute alien trying to concur the world. She told me if I like the shoes, I should buy it online and leave her alone. To prove the point, i Did. The order was supposed to arrive on Sat 2 weeks ago, then on Monday and then on Tuesday... and then 2 weeks later in still in some warehouse. Tk maxx customer service is terrible, basically sending the same message every time I contact them, that they will get in touch with courier within 48 hrs and thats it. I have now requested a refund no luck. That was my order for shoes, a birthday present for my best friend and Xmas present for my partner. All of which are no longer available online so I will just have to hope at least they will refund £££ I spent. Never never again!

Oh dear, I seem to have come a cropper to fraud/theft. I ordered a bag, couldn’t collect it as my mum was very ill so let it be thinking they would refund me after 14 days in store. Realised after a month I hadn’t been refunded so emailed customer service only to hear that apparently I HAD collected my bag and used my driving licence to collect it (after the 14 day return if uncollected policy was passed). So no refund! Outrageous! I have no bag, and am £40 odd quid down, and someone out there is walking around with the bag I paid for. BEWARE! This is somewhere I have loved for years but that’s the end of my custom there now. What happened to curiosity, customer service, common decency, believing customers, consumer rights. Very sad and deeply unethical.
