I ordered on Saturday, 1.04.2017, 6 EAMES CHAIRS DSW at voga.com in value of 390 Euro. After I placed my order information appeared that I should wait for order confirmation with delivery time. I’ve never received any order confirmation from Voga. So I contacted Voga on following Monday informing them that I’m still waiting for order confirmation. They confirm that my order has been successfully placed into their system and wanted resend order confirmation but still nothing. Once again I requested an order confirmation or an order number and delivery time. On Wednesday (5.04.2017) I have been informed for the first time that the delivery time is between 8-16 weeks and that my order will be delivered to VOGA store located in Ireland and I have to arrange pick up / shipping myself. This is not stated anywhere in the buying process. I was asked for my address, I assumed it would also be delivered. When I asked why on their website next to the product appears something like "over 9 left" they replied: “The “Items Left” on the website indicates the number of items left in this batch/container”. When I realized my mistake, instantly, reached out to cancel my order. I was told that this is only impossible when I paid administration fee of 50% … "If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please be advised that this will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 % We refer you to our terms and conditions: 8.7 The Buyer may cancel the order before the order has finished processing by notifying the Supplier oninfo@voga.com. Cancellations before the end of processing are subject to a 50% administrative fee which will be deducted from the order value when the Supplier processes the refund." We are August now and I have no news from Voga!

A total scam! It will take 6 months to deliver 1 stool of which it says they have 8 in stock! I contacted customer support and they came up with a complete lie that this is because they make every item on "made to order". Nowhere on the website it says that these items take half a year to be delivered and this is a totally absurd long time for an item to arrive after ordering. Especially 1 small stool!

I live in Belgium and ordered 7 chairs from Voga (reference: order number 800098680 placed 15 July 2017 for an amount of 1,374 euro). After I had paid, the company told me the chairs would be delivered to a warehouse in Ireland (I communicated that I live in Belgium when placing the order) and that I should organise and pay for delivery to Belgium. They did not make this clear prior to purchase - I read through the Frequently Asked Questions and it is nowhere to be seen. Customer service informed me that this is stated in the Terms and Conditions. However, this information significantly affects cost, and should be communicated to the customer (eg in the information on delivery, in their Frequently Asked Questions). Moreover, I did not accept the T&C - the box was automatically checked for me when you make your purchase. When I contested the delivery of my purchase to Ireland, instead of Belgium (where I live), I was told they would charge 50% of the cost (ie EURO 687) as an 'administrative fee'. See email below. Read and believe all the negative stories. No point in rehashing my own. Just the same awful experience as most others. My guess anything positive is either an aberration or worse. From the D Trump version of truth and lies! You have been warned

They totally hide the information that it takes 3 months until the furniture is delivered. 5 minutes after I ordered I wrote an email regarding delivery time. Got an email that it takes 3 months. I said I don`t want it then and that I wish to get my money back. They charged me 25% of this price for absolutely nothing. I still dont know if I am ever going to see those 75% of my money. All I know is that I have very tiny budget for my upcoming babies nursery which almost brings tear to my eyes. Like seriously when you hide information like this you should at least have free cancellation. AVOID VOGA!

This is a SCAM company! DO NOT BUY from VOGA, unless you want to pick up your cheap quality furniture from Ireland (as they don't ship it to your door). 4 month till it gets from china to Ireland. (if you're lucky to receive it) You may find out its a scam after 5 minutes you paid - then cancellation fee is 20% from your order.

VOGA is better than its reputation! I bought BestLite lamps at VOGA 2 times. Both times I have been extremely pleased with the quality. Both times I've been waiting 4-5 months to receive packages, but I knew in advance that it could take a long time. And it has been worth waiting for the order. The shipment can VOGA not arrange, but I can recommend the Irish Parcels, which have a very good website where you can obtain quotes and order delivery from door to door

Not reliable, extremely poor customer service - do not order from Voga! Order placed in March 2016 and as of now (end of August) I still do not have my table. Voga charged my credit card twice and at some point I had to ask the credit card company to reverse one set of charges as Voga's customer service was unable to get the double charge resolved. And now Voga is refusing to hand over the table as I had the (double) charges reversed and I am in breach of contract ?!? Additionally, the table was ready some weeks ago and Voga never bothered to send a notification. Extremely poor customer service, not worth buying from Voga to save some $$. I will never use them again ever and discourage anyone to order from them. I only wish I had read previous reviews before placing my order.

I ordered an item from Voga on 6th March 2016 and told delivery would be in 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I complained and they said my item would arrive mid August. After complaining about how ridiculous this is and asking for some sort of compensation they offered me 10% off of my next order. It is now 23rd August and I still haven't received my order but received an email saying that my item has arrived in their warehouse in Dublin and I either have to collect it (I live in Essex in England) or pay €26 for it to be delivered! After waiting 5.5 months for it! Never order from them!! I have just emailed them again to complain about this and am going to contact trading standards.

Wouldn't recommend Voga to my worst enemy! On Friday 12th February 2016, I found a chair and table which took my fancy on their website. Both items were in stock (4 chairs left and 6 tables left) when I placed my order that night at 9pm. On Saturday 13th February, I had second thoughts about the table. I checked their website, and was pleased to read that items could be cancelled so long as cancellations were made before items left their warehouse. On Sunday 14th February, I emailed Voga confirming my wish to cancel the order on my table. On Monday 15th February, I received a response advising that unfortunately I could not cancel my order due to my order being a custom made, and that it had already commenced production. I found this very disappointing given: (a) their website falsely advertised that these items were in stock & (b) surely an item ordered after hours on a Friday night, would not have commenced production by Monday morning. On Monday 15th February, I responded quoting the terms of their website which stated "Not to worry, you can amend or cancel your order at any time, as long as we haven’t shipped it from our UK warehouse yet. This goes for all products, and it won’t cost you anything. If the order has already been delivered to you, you can use your return right. You can read about our return rights here”. On Friday 18th February, I received a response, advising that "our website has been changed to be fully aligned with our terms and conditions". They re-iterated that as my items were custom made and had already entered production, that I could not cancel my order. On Friday 18th February, I responded by stating "The fact that you may have changed your website subsequent to my cancellation is irrelevant. At the time of placing my order, your website clearly stated my right to cancel my order, until the point that the item has left your warehouse." On 22nd February, I received a response stating "I have double checked your case and as previously advised it is not possible to cancel our orders. This is again due to our products being custom made to order." By this stage, I gave up on cancelling my order as it was clear that they would not honour their T&Cs at the time of placing my order. On 29th March, I emailed them chasing delivery of my order. Having not received their response, I emailed them again on the 30th March. On 31st March, after still not having received their response, I had an online chat with one of their staff. I was advised that my order would be delivered in August! I therefore emailed them stating that this would mean that it would have taken them 6 months to deliver my order from the date that my items allegedly entered production. I once again, requested that they cancel my order. Finally on the 11th April, I received a response, advising that my order would be delivered between mid to late July and once again, I could not cancel my order. On 11th June, I emailed Voga asking for an update on my order. On 14th June, I received a response advising that my order would be delivered by the end of June. On the 27th June, I emailed Voga asking for an update on my order. I received a response that same day advising that my order had left their warehouse on 17th June, and that the courier company would deliver the items between 9-12 days thereafter. On 29th June, we were contacted by the courier company and arranged delivery for 7th July. Come the 7th July, surprise surprise, no delivery! On the 8th July I contacted the courier company, after many repeated attempts to get through...they rarely pick up their phone! I was advised by the warehouse manager at the courier company that they would need to contact their driver to ascertain why my delivery failed. They then arranged for my item to be delivered. Finally, on 12th July, I received my items nearly 5 MONTHS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER! WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS 1) Don't believe their stock levels shown on their website 2) Don't order unless you are absolutely sure, as you will NOT be able to cancel 3) Don't expect prompt delivery...you will be waiting ages 4) Don't expect one bit of good customer service at all. The funny/sad thing is, that my parcel came with a standard 5% discount voucher in it. Seriously, if they offered my 50% off my next order, I wouldn't buy from them again.

Went right through the purchase process then realised after completing the payment that they hadn't asked for a delivery address. Went back into my account to find that they don't deliver! They expect me to collect the goods from a warehouse in Ireland - I live in Scotland. E-mailed their customer services less than five minutes after ordering and was told that under their terms and conditions (which I had not seen anywhere) they won't give refunds.......Unreal!

I bought a floor lamp on 12 December last year from VOGA. But they are making all nonsensical excuses about delaying delivery my order still now. There is their excuses about delaying,,,, "We experienced a huge increase in sales during the lead up to Christmas, which was much busier for us than we could have anticipated. The increase in sales has lead to a delay in production whilst we deal with all outstanding orders as quick as we can." And also they said, "our custom made furniture is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable." Even I'm waiting for over 6 months to get it??? non-refundable??? To me, they are just looked like a big fraud online company. Because of they are still selling that product on their website with huge discount. Please don't make a mistake just like me!!!!

Do not buy anything from Voga! It's now over 5 months since I placed my order and I've had nothing but false promises. They are very difficult to contact, refuse to provide a phone contact, and repeatedly give false information about estimated delivery dates. They have taken my money and I have received nothing in return. Do not buy from them!

5 months to deliver a defective chair. Over 2 months since delivery and still no resolution. Delayed or no response to emails, and if you manage to find a phone number it just rings out. Small claims court beckons!

Order delayed. Supposed to be here in March. Now not due until June. Only found out because I chased them. Had to chase repeatedly to get a reply. I'd avoid them like the plague. Awful, awful company.
