I was warned not to use these people!!! Against my better judgement I did. I was offered £280 for my Samsung S22 face to face by a retailer and the same via EE and webuyanyphone offered £320. Stupidly I gave webuyanyphone a chance. The phone was classed as near perfect. On receipt webuyanyphone revised their offer to £80!! And charged me £12 to get it returned. Dodgy company, DO NOY USE. I wish I'd listened to others!!!!

I strongly urge potential customers to **avoid using Webuyanyphone at all costs**. The initial offer we received was £121, but upon receiving the phone, they claimed it had a scratch on the screen—despite being in perfect condition when sent—and slashed the offer to just £10. To add insult to injury, they charge £10 just to return your device if you decline their offer. This experience reveals a concerning lack of integrity and transparency. **Do not trust Webuyanyphone** with your device—consider other, more reliable options instead.

DO NOT USE THEM Perfectly good iPhone 14 Pro Max, quoted £620, good condition stated but revised offer of £505 as it’s classed as “Pretty Good” no option to state Pretty Good only new, good, poor Rejected the offer now I’ve not heard from them to return the phone Awful company

Amended offer much lower once I sent phone in. I accepted due to hassle, costs etc not worth it for the £50 difference. Life is too short. But I imagine this is what they count on. Not using them again.

Fully working condition iPhone 13 ProMax, minor scuffs but no cracks. Quoted £485 then on inspection they deemed it faulty due to wear and tear, offered £185! Then charge £14.80 to return it. Postage pack they send out also doesn’t insure the value of the phone so this cost around £12 to send special delivery. Never got a response to emails and then live chat she offered an extra £15 and left the chat within 1 minute so you can’t decline it! Would never use again. Been offered £385 elsewhere even if deemed poor condition.

Scammers, offer you a top price you send them your phone and they try to claim your phone is worthless and offer you a heavily reduced price then charge you £10 to get your phone back

Scam of a company, my phone was sent in perfect condition, no scratches or damage. I forgot to save the IMEI number to prove it’s mine, they showed me a damaged and scratched screen and offered me £100 less. 100% believe they damaged the screen that was virtually new. Shocking company. Requested a return of the device. Avoid !

nder no circumstances use this company, they give the biggest quote to secure they are used but have no intention of honouring the quote as their criteria are ridiculous.. for their “good condition” offer, there can be no marks whatsoever, no lights scratches to the back or sides. My wife and myself sent them 2 phones that had spent their lives in protective cases with screen protectors on but they still deducted £100 off each quote for scratches you’d struggle to see with the naked eye so unless your phones has spent its life behind museum glass it won’t be accepted as in good condition. It’s then ata cost to get posted back so most people just accept and they know this.. do yourself a favour and use a company with realistic criteria for used phones

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. I wish I read the reviews before I put my phone forward. I sent an IPhone 14 Pro Max with an offer of £600. The return ‘expert’ opinion was £210! The phone had one small hair line scratch on the screen and said it was chipped. They now want me to pay £10.75 to return my phone back. Don’t know what postal service they use, but that’s absolutely outrageous! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Sent a pristine iPhone 13 mini to them. Was always in a case and had a screen protector on it. Amended my offer from £255 to £175 because they found scratches on the case and screen - utter lies. Looks like I'll have to pay £10.75 to get it sent back. I'm sure they work on the principle that most people can't be bothered to challenge them.

Initial offer price ok, until they received phone then they revised it to a fraction of its true value BUT make it impossible to reject the offer, stating that after 7 days the phone becomes theirs according to T&C. They are completely dishonest and should be closed down.

Sent my iPhone 12 and was quoted a value of £247. I then received a revised offer of £147 as they claimed it has wear and tear/scratches but I know the phone was in perfect condition. Asked for my phone back and they charged me £14 to get it back. Still waiting for it. Absolute con, sell elsewhere.

Shocking offered me £10 for a Samsung S21 in good condition and unlocked an insult, also they don't allow you to refuse I had to ring the complaints department and demand my phone be returned now. I was offered much more by Music Magpie and accepted the offer. They should cease trading now just a bunch of criminals thinking they can rip you off. Please do not send your phone to them do not waste your time. They will offer a tiny amount and say all sorts are wrong. I don't know how they still trade as they no doubt send most phones back to customers after the stupid offer.

Sent my lightly-used, well looked after Galaxy S20+ in at the quoted price of £110. No cracks, light wear on back case from 4 years of wear and tear (I used a back case cover) In reality, the only way to get the bait-quotes this site uses to lure customers in is to send in a new or near mint phone. Once they received the phone, they offered £5. I said I wanted my phone back, at which point they offered '£10 more to save [me] the hassle, bringing the total up to £15'. The metals and components alone in the phone is worth more. I paid the £10.75 to have it returned. I then sold the exact same phone in the exact same condition to CEX for £99 cash.

Scammers - Don't use this company, sent phone in perfect condition, they sent a video showing a tiny mark on the screen even though it had a screen protector on since it was bought. They paid £70 less into my bank without me even accepting the offer.

Only had the option of 3 conditions when providing condition of the phone. (Pristine/perfect, Good, Poor) to get my quote. Offered £146 for iPhone 11 after selecting good. Phone had one small scratch in bottom left corner, rest of the phone was in good condition so not in poor condition. Get an email through offering £70. Declined offer then company holds my phone to ransom saying I have to pay £10.75. Really poor and dishonest practice. AVOID.
